Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel

This hotel was great. The lobby and restaurant area is super clean. Service from front desk to the bar was consistent and above average. Rooms were well layed out and bathrooms are roomy considering the room size. Very convenient to the train for airport access. My only issue was the lounge closed at 10.

♥️LOVE the pillows! 🛏️ We had a great stay at the Marriott Renaissance near the airport. It’s in a convenient location and was very easy to get to. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The hotel bar served well-made drinks, and the food was flavorful and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience with comfortable accommodations, good food, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Staff & Beautiful Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel with my company, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The level of customer service provided by the staff should serve as a blueprint for the hospitality industry. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by several front desk associates. Tierra was especially outstanding—kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She answered all of my questions, upgraded my room, and ensured I had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. A saxophonist performing in the lobby added an elegant touch and created a welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted in the restaurant by Lynette, whose genuine kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. She personally seated me, provided helpful information about the restaurant, and even assisted with food delivery. The following day, she delivered my room service and remembered me by name, which made the experience even more special. I later saw her assisting guests in multiple areas of the hotel, demonstrating an incredible commitment to service. Several members of my team also commented on how much they enjoyed their stay and specifically praised the outstanding service they received and most of them mentioned Lynette being a highlight of their trip. Ivy was fantastic as well and contributed to the excellent guest experience. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable stay.

The location is very convenient, being next to the Skytrain station. Rooms were clean and modern. The bed and pillow were a little too soft for my taste. Curtains did a good job of blocking out light. I had a room that had an "airport view", but was very very quiet. The gym equipment was fairly numerous and varied. In addition the gym amenities were outstanding, plenty of towels and water. The gym even had chilled towels. My largest complaint is the poor AC; the fan and cooling did not stay on, and was attached to a motion sensor
