Embassy Suites By Hilton Savannah

Alexis was amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay at the hotel. She made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent service. She’s definitely an asset to the hotel, and we really appreciated her kindness and hard work. Thank you, Alexis, for making our experience even better!

Again embassy suites meet the demands, another great stay. The lobby was clean and bright, our room was great the bed was very comfortable and the staff was on point. The bartender Alexis was great, very welcoming and fun along with the rest of the staff. Shout out to the breakfast quad!!

Check in was simple, and the room appeared nice. It did look like we were missing some of the free snacks. When I went to take a shower I noticed hair in the bottom of the tub, on the rails, and a big blob of hair on the wall. There’s no way that tub was cleaned! When I called the front desk someone did come, and thoroughly clean it. The 2 free cocktails were nice, and so was the complimentary breakfast. I didn’t wait long for my omelette. The pool was nice, and conveniently open until 11!

We loved everything about this hotel. I’ve stayed in about 10 different hotels in Savannah and I think Embassy is easily top 3. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. I didn’t know this until check in, but you get 2 complimentary drinks at the bar in the evening per adult. The room was more than we expected. The living room had a fold out bed. We didn’t know about either of those options. The bedroom was its own private area and the bathroom was huge. The staff were friendly all the way around. It was also kind of close to everything. It was close enough to walk but far enough away to enjoy the town on the way somewhere. We will be back!
