Upon arriving here I must say that the customer service has been great. I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia and Shanice. They allowed me to look at my room prior to check in. They both was very friendly and patient with me. The hotel is very clean. And it's in a central location which is a plus. Also, there's a restaurant attached to the hotel(Marlo Tavern). You are right by the interstate. And you are surrounded with plenty of resturants. And it's not far from Atlanta. Lastly, the parking is free. Cynthia thank you so much for your kind words. I truly appreciate it. Continue being the light you are.

Ms Cynthia was absolutely amazing! She assisted me quickly and made sure I had clarity for all of my questions. The room was was also and clean and check in the night before was quick and easy.. I appreciate you guys for making this stay so enjoyable… and the cookies were warm!

I want to give a special shoutout to Cynthia, the hotel supervisor, for providing such wonderful customer service during our checkout. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted us with completing our tax-exempt paperwork for work, and when we discovered an unexpected $64 charge had been added to my room, Cynthia went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. She worked diligently to make sure the charge was removed and that everything was taken care of before we left. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out. It was refreshing to have someone who truly seemed to care about making sure we had a positive experience. Thank you, Cynthia, for making our checkout process so much easier!
