Our room was clean and spacious, but really hard to find. Very basic room, but we got a good deal. We got so lost trying to find our room and went on a journey through the back rooms in some unfinished part of the hotel. Just don’t stay on the first floor. Thank god we found a security officer who helped us find our room. The custodians were really kind too. The valet people were extremely rude and pushy. We didn’t use the valet service and they were being so rude about us trying to get our stuff out of the car. For the deal I got it was fine, but I would never pay full price for this hotel.

An Outstanding Hotel Experience – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we were genuinely amazed by the exceptional hospitality and service we received! The front desk staff Naval were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. They checked us in quickly and made us feel comfortable right from the moment we arrived. When we got to our room, we realized that the air conditioning only provided cool air and there was no heat. Since Atlanta was quite chilly that day, I contacted the front desk for assistance. They promptly sent a technician to our room, and within just two minutes, he had the issue resolved! He even replaced the air filter for us. We were so impressed by how quickly and professionally everything was handled. What touched us most was not just the efficiency, but the genuine care and kindness of the staff. Being away from home in an unfamiliar city, their hospitality made us feel warm, welcomed, and truly at home. Exceptional service, friendly staff, and a wonderful experience! We are so grateful for the hospitality we received and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta. We would happily stay here again! Five stars all the way! Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel with a wonderful staff! A special shoutout to DJ, who was incredibly welcoming and made our experience even better. If you’re stopping by the bar, definitely ask him to make you a drink—you won’t be disappointed. His cocktails are some of the best I’ve ever had. Trust me, they’re a must-try!
Only giving 2 stars - one, because of Dario, the front desk who checked us in late at night. He engaged us in conversation and even gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher since it's my birthday, which I appreciated. The other star goes to the quick response of the team when I let them know there was a barking, crying dog in one of the rooms and we could hear it in our bedroom. Now, here's where they lose the stars: - Biggest reason: they could not "fix" the dog issue in the other room. I first called it in around 11:15 pm. Security came in to check, and I let them know we also hear the dog scratching the walls in the other room as we can hear it from our bathroom (other than the dog crying and howling). Because the owner had left the hotel, they didn't know what to do about it so they left. The crying and howling went on till the middle of the night. I called front desk again around 1 pm to let them know it was hard to sleep as the dog was still fussing around next door. They apologized that they have not reached the owner. And while I appreciated their offer to move us to another room, that just wasn't feasible as we would have to pack everything up and we're already in bed. ALSO, THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS HOTEL. Why was this allowed? I don't know. - Room was supposed to have 2 bottled waters at check in. We had 1, I notified the front desk about it and supposedly I'd have to get it myself because they didn't have anybody to bring it up...? - Room also doesn't have good sound proofing. We could hear everything that's happening outside (sirens, cars, music), and even music and conversation from the hallway aside from the dog next door. Recommendation: as this was a last minute booking on our end, we didn't realize that they didn't have complimentary guest parking. It was $60/day of valet parking and that's all they offer. We suggest parking at the parking garage across the street which costs half as much.
I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience overall. First, I want to recognize the breakfast staff—they were clearly short-staffed, but still did their absolute best to take care of everyone. Despite the pressure, they remained attentive and worked hard to keep things running smoothly. That level of effort does not go unnoticed, and they truly deserve a 5 for their service. However, there were some concerns that need attention. At the Starbucks inside the hotel, I witnessed a serious hygiene issue. One of the employees used her hand to clear her nose and then continued handling items without washing her hands. That is unacceptable in any food service setting and should be addressed immediately through proper hygiene training. The rooms were okay but could definitely use more detailed cleaning. It wasn’t the worst I’ve seen, but it also didn’t meet the level I would expect. Additionally, the carpets on Level 1 had a noticeable odor that seemed to trigger allergies, which made the environment uncomfortable. There was also a large group of kids attending what appeared to be a prom, and unfortunately, there was not enough adult supervision. The behavior was disruptive at times, and it felt like they were treating the space as if they were at home rather than in a shared hotel environment. Overall, the staff—especially in the breakfast area—did what they could under pressure, and I appreciate that. But cleanliness, hygiene standards, and supervision of large groups need improvement to elevate the overall guest experience.
