The front desk staff wasn't very pleasant. We inquired about several maintenance problems in our room and both desk representatives were extremely non-chalant with their attitude and response. The internet is not suitable for streaming shows. This location is a Marriot only by name and doesn't represent the quality that you can typically expect from a Marriott stay. Our bathroom had a broken sink drain mechanism, the door was water damaged and peeling off, the shower vent was covered in thick layers of dust and there was no exhaust fan for the bathroom. The vertical coverings for the power strip and night stand lighting are falling off the wall. The breakfast is expensive and not worth the additional cost. The Marriott sign light bulbs are mostly burnt out. Finally, you have to pay to use the hotel parking lot. This location nickle and dimes you for everything you're worth.

The rooms really need repairs. Service great. Rooms were really worn and beaten. Beds felt good. I checked in with concierge privileges. I go up there to floor 16, and they only serve/ are open Monday thru Thursday. I came for a Friday Saturday. They sold me on concierge availability. The women in concierge offered me a granola bar. So disappointed.
This Marriott hotel is a complete disaster. They overcharge my card for a free night and completely disrespect you. They don’t even offer you anything back after they charge your card for their inconvenience. This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. I had to go to the Renaissance, which made everything amazing except for this place. They still haven’t sent me a bill and can’t show me anything about why they overcharged my card for a free day. The staff is absolutely rude, and the only person who seems like you have a personality is the bartender. He’s the only one who seems to care about anything. The rest of the staff is just a bunch of faceless people who are only there to make a paycheck. It’s sad that they don’t see that and screw their own company. Hotel is dirty!!! They don’t clean it as well. I don’t wanna ever leave a bag complaint on Marriott but this is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at.
1-Star Review As a frequent traveler and a high-status Marriott Bonvoy member, I have stayed in countless hotels over the years, and this was without question one of the most shocking and unacceptable experiences I have ever encountered. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room and used the key provided by the front desk to enter. When I opened the door, I discovered that the room was already occupied by another guest. Not only was this deeply embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone involved, but it was also a serious violation of guest privacy and safety. There is simply no excuse for assigning an occupied room to another guest. Unfortunately, the situation somehow became even worse the following day. While I was away, hotel staff entered my room, removed all of my personal belongings, placed them into plastic bags, and moved them to a different room. At no point was I contacted, notified, or consulted. I returned to discover that my room had been changed and my possessions had been handled without my knowledge or consent. Let me be clear: having hotel staff pack up and relocate a guest's belongings without authorization is completely unacceptable. It demonstrated a remarkable lack of professionalism, respect, and basic operational competence. Beyond the inconvenience, it created significant concern regarding the security and integrity of my personal property. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disturbing is that these were not isolated issues. They were multiple, serious failures involving room management, guest privacy, communication, and property handling. Any one of these incidents would warrant concern. Experiencing both during the same stay reflects a breakdown in hotel operations that should never occur at a Marriott-branded property. I travel frequently and intentionally choose Marriott properties because I expect a certain standard of service and professionalism. This experience fell dramatically short of those expectations. I left with very little confidence that guest safety, privacy, or belongings are being properly managed at this hotel. I strongly urge hotel management to review their room assignment procedures, guest communication protocols, and staff training immediately. No guest should ever be placed in an occupied room, and no guest should ever return to find their belongings packed into plastic bags and moved without their knowledge. This stay was not merely disappointing. It was completely unacceptable.
Room was fairly nice but obviously someone had taken out a recliner or other type chair (note the empty space picture). Since I was staying 3 nights, I thought to ask for one. I was assured that one would be brought up. It wasn't. Also my quoted price was 380 something but my bill which was sent to my email only was for 525 roughly. So that felt scammy.
