Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway

I had a flight delay and got stuck in Atlanta overnight. My luggage got loaded on the wrong plane, so I had only the clothing I was wearing and what was in my purse. I booked a room for the night at the Marriott Gateway Hotel due to its proximity to the airport because my flight was rebooked for early the next morning. I was treated with absolutely amazing service and hospitality. Te’necqwa at the front desk made sure I had a comfortable experience by giving me toothpaste, a toothbrush, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products to get through the night. For an experience that should have been rough, I felt like I had almost everything I needed to feel clean, comfortable, and secure. Thank you, Te’necqwa for the support and your wonderful hospitality and kind smile when I was in a situation that could have been a lot worse.

Superb customer service - from the valet, bellman, check-in, food delivery and check out. I was really blown away. I look forward to staying here again- so convenient to get to the airport for a flight. Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was excellent - way above expectations for a hotel breakfast. Well done, Marriott!

Such a pleasure from check in to check out! We were greeted kindly at the desk with "we have been expecting you!" Our room was comfortable and clean. Quiet for being right at the airport! Black out curtains worked well. We had a “stay and fly” rate which allowed us to leave our car and take the sky train right to the airport terminal. We will collect the car upon our return!

I stayed here during a family reunion. During my stay I was given exceptional service. There was a guy I truly remembered. I believe his name was Marlon he never let me touch a door. Great conversation, he also helped my family and I as far as any information on different sites etc in the area. He honestly is entertained and happy during our trip and we will definitely refer people there and visit and stay here again. Thanks for the excellent customer service Marlon we appreciate you.
