Location is awesome! I flew into Atlanta for ACDC concert so no vehicle...that's no problem here! I walked to GA Aquarium...dinners...lunches etc. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is nice and updated decor. They have a small bar with bar bites and you can purchase a breakfast sandwich and other breakfast eats. Perfect for my trip! Rooms are nice but some detail in bathroom grout is needed. I have found this in all hotels...even the 5 star ones!
Great trip! In ATL for a few days and stayed there. Ms. Ogwa at the front desk was so incredible! Wow! Such a warm, friendly, woman who made every guest feel welcome. She had this sparkle that was contagious. I loved every interaction with her. It's this kind of level of service that makes a true difference when frequenting hotels. I will absolutely come back to this hotel because of Ogwa's hospitality. On a separate note, and just an observation. I would love to go back in time to the days when housekeeping cleaned your room everyday without asking. I didn't ask and I kept the room clean myself, but that's the loss of a luxury that's pretty prevalent in the hotel industry itself. Overall, wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, fantastic location. Highly recommend.
My time at this hotel was brief, but still enjoyable and pleasant nonetheless. Stayed a night for a concert that was State Farm arena, and the experience was very nice. The only struggle I had was figuring where to initially park, but Daquan stayed with me on the phone the entire time until I checked out. I appreciate Rajae for explaining the process and everything to me upon check in, and to Ogwa for her pleasant energy upon check out and for seeing me off with a smile. I definitely would stay here again, whether it be for a brief time or an extended time.
Great views of the skyline of Atlanta. Right in the middle of downtown. Service was great. The pillows on the bed were Superior. My one complaint is the bathroom vanity is very small. The room was big. Television was fine. Shower was very good.
Our stay was great! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The staff were some of the friendliest/kindest hotel staff we have ever encountered. Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant! Even down to a friendly note from the cleaning staff. The location was super convenient to the coke factory and the aquarium which was the reason for our stay. Saved us $30 dollars on parking at the aquarium since we just walked from the hotel. Over all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone!!
