Genoa Ravioli, Fettuccine & Tiramisu Class With Fine Wine

Family of three enjoyed learning to make pasta (fettuccine and ravioli) and delicious Italian tiramisu for dessert. Emmanuel was a fantastic cooking coach, giving clear directions in English for us! He explained each step and gave tips for making everything turn out well. Friendly, fun! Fantastic Food!!! Would recommend this to anyone in Genoa looking for an evening together. PS. Customer service was exemplary. We arrived early finding the place and thinking we’d walk around until it was time. But he made us welcome right away and had us seated with wine before we knew it while he continued preparing things for the class. At the end he helped us to get a taxi and walked us to where it would pick us up since cars can’t drive in the historical area of the class.

The location of the cooking event was perfect: we noticed that we were in the heart of a real culinary district with a lot of small cosy restaurants. We got a warm welcome from our guide with drinks while waiting for the class to begin. The guide gave us very good hands-on guidance in how to make a perfect pasta dough and delicious tiramisu. The premises were a bit small but nicely connected directly to the restaurant where we enjoyed the self-made meal. And what was best - we had a very good time with the other attendees and got nice new friends 🤗 Eeva and Mika

We managed to fit on to the ravioli,fettuccine and tiramisu cooking class the night before - it was amazing from beginning to end and our host was super lovely and welcoming ! If you are in Genoa and thinking of booking a cooking class I’d highly recommend this one - really friendly , well explained and catered for all needs !!

This was the highlight of our time in Genoa. Pietro did a fabulous job teaching us to make two types of fresh pasta and tiramisu. We got to drink wine and eat what we made which was an awesome experience. Pietro was critical in making this well thought out experience spectacular.

This is a great time! Our host, Petro, was friendly, professional and funny. The event last about 3 hours long, just the right amount of time. There is plenty of wine/water served throughout the event. Recipes were shared after and my husband and I looked forward to trying these at home with our grandchildren. If your time permits I think a must.

We went as couples with my sister in law and her husband. It was a great experience, well worth doing if you have time in Genoa. We had a great time with the hands in learning on how to make the pasta and tiramisù. While the food was being prepared we enjoyed a couple glasses of wine while make new friends learning their German customs compared to our US customes. Once the food was made, we enjoyed our own pasta, it was fantastic! Before leaving the link for the recipes was provides to make at home. Such a great experience!

The pasta class was fine and our coach was incredibly kind and served us lots of wine. The class itself was probably only 30 minutes though, and then we spent the rest of our time waiting around and having lunch. It took us such a little time to make the two pastas because all you’re doing is prepping the dough and the tiramisu that it almost felt like the instructor didn’t know what to do with us. I think moving forward just a little bit more transparency about the looking feel for where this class is taking place and exactly how much cooking you’ll actually be doing versus standing around or sitting at a table drinking wine waiting for your pasta to be cooked.

Petro was a very good host. He made the experience wonderful. Very casual and meet some really great people from all around the world.

What a wonderful hands on experience. Pietro was wonderful. He kept class fun & entertaining. There was time to mingle and meet the other participants & the pasta/tiramisu we made and then enjoyed in one another's company was a highlight of my trip! Great value for the money & can't wait to show family and friends that great new recipes I learned!

Wonderful class. Great atmosphere and good instructor. Very easy to follow with good insight. The final meal was wonderful as well, the food came out well and was quite filling. Would recommend!!

Fantastic experience! We had a lot of fun, met new people, and gained some knowledge and skills. Pietro was an excellent leader through the activites. If in Genova for a few days, you should do it.

Our host was superb - she had so much patience and passion. There was plenty of drinks on offer and good opportunity to meet other people. Overall, fantastic 4hrs - couldn’t recommend it enough 🤩

This was THE BEST! Petro (Peter) had us do almost all of it hands on - making Tiramisu, making the basic pasta, filling the ravioli, and then making the fettuccini, it was so much fun! And then we got to eat our own creations. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Pietro was our host/chef guide and he was incredible. The environment was amazing. We made great food, amazing memories and quality friends over a night together. The experience was affordable and top notch! Cannot recommend this enough!

Camilla was a great teacher. We ate the pasta that we made from scratch and it was every bit as good as any I’ve had before. Tiramisu is surprisingly easy to make!

Fabulous 4 hours spent making ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu!! Camilla gave great instruction and our mixed group of 6 was extended to 7 to accommodate me as a late arrival!! Amazing to be served our own hand made pasta and such a lovely experience with the included drinks. Would definitely recommend!!

A fun morning within a very nice, typically local restaurant. Well organised. Good tutor,Camilla. Lovely to eat the lunch we cooked. Generous with the wine.

This cooking class was such a fun experience. The restaurant was nicely prepared, the group was international and fun, even while traveling alone. The guide Pietro was doing a fantastic walk through the whoke process and gave tips about italy. The whole experience wad 10/10, I would definetely recommend.

My waiter/guide pietro was excellent. His service throughout the entire experience was fantastic. He never failed to entertain us and give us positive feedback, especially whilst we cooked.

An amazing cooking class would definitely do it again.

Small group, very fun making our own pasta. Our instructor was very patient as we rolled out our dough and put it through the pasta maker. Loved being able to eat our delicious pasta we made. Definitely worth the price.

We had a really great time! Cooking was so fun and the food was delicious. Pietro was an amazing instructor, really friendly and engaging. At the end of the class he recommended us some places to visit around the city. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!
