Tower Genova Airport Hotel & Conference Center

This was a terrible experience. absolutely pathetic. overall, the breakfast was mid. lack if variety, almost everything was cold as if they from the day before, and it just tasted disgusting. Moreover, the most important part, the WIFI didn’t work the whole stay. We had to use our data. Then, the room. My friend’s room’s air conditioning din’t even have a control panel so she had to call someone to turn it off because she was freezing. The showering system was weird, toilet as well, and overall just uncomfortable. Hope you avoid this hotel when coming to Genoa.

I do not understand the positive review. You can clearly see that for the past 20-30 years no maintainance has been done. Interious is so old and degraded. Even the shiny layer on the toilet see was worn off by use. The fitness room is degrade to a point of not usable. The temperature in there was about 30 degrees, no joke. Its old and never got an upgrade in furnature and interior. I couldnt even look out of the window because it was covered with a layer of dust/salt as a result of no cleaning for a very long time. In the nearby surroundings there is nothing noteworty except for the airport. Its a typical hotel milking clients that are dependent on their rooms for their flight.

The hotel is old, the beds were uncomfortable, but the rooms are spacious. The air conditioning didn't work very well. There are way too many mosquitoes in the rooms and the lobby. They keep biting constantly and I'm swollen all over this issue definitely needs to be resolved. The breakfast is poor. It is not worth the money at all.

Super convenient for a lone traveller arriving at night last minute with airport delays. Economical. Nice room but air conditioning hard to control and was too warm. Cafe closes from 1030-1230pm which was odd as would be easy to just serve espresso. Great bed and bathroom. The security could be better as anyone could get up the elevators but when I had concerns the hotel was quick to help.
