We liked this old-style building and its spacious, fully equipped room. The ceiling height is at least 4 m :) Great value for money and convenient for a family of four.

Well, my stay have strong points and weak points. Strong points: great location, safe parking for extra cost. Breakfast area with freebies like, jus, coffee, fruits and so on. Weak points: Air conditioner is extremely loud and useless, there is a note that states that you cannot keep running the air conditioner while you are away, they may enter your room and shut it off. considering its 34 degrees Celsius, its been running for the whole night and its barely 25 degrees, while the setup is 17 degrees Celsius. On top of it, a smell of cigarettes although weak but present in the room sucked in by the air conditioner. Our bathroom is outside the room, apparently it was written on booking.com, anyway its not properly clean, there is mold in the shower, features like shower gel and shampoo are presented on a single use pouches like samples in your cosmetic shop The room is spacious, however dust is everywhere. Overall experience is poor for the price. Unless if you'd like to sleep in the room where Ceasars most probably past away, you'll get an unforgettable feelings. Another point I think that should be brought in .. is the keys of you room, like mentioning that this location is extremely old, so do the keys. Here is the thing, let's pretend its fully safe and no one will break in while you are browsing the city, but what if at night, the building sets on fire, and I need to get out the quickest and securely from the room, but a the keys are from the medieval age and why you'll try in a panic to open the door, you'll burn yourself down. This is not a lack of service or feature .. its a total lack of security for your life, your family and your kids.

We stayed here for three nights on our trip from Germany to the Metallica concert in Bologna. It was so nice! First of all I want to mention the staff working there! Every of our (thousand) questions has been answered and everybody was so friendly! I highly recommend this accommodation. Whenever we’ll stay in Genova again, we’ll return! Thai you for everything! 🙏😊

Love my stay here! Nice room and friendly service. Breakfast and coffee are good! It took me about 10-15 min to get here by foot from Brignole railway station. If you are looking for a chic place - that place is definitely not for you. But if you want to stay in the cozy and old-fashioned place in the heart of Genoa - that is what you needed.
