Novotel Genova City

Good hotel, positioned in one the best cities in italy. Rooms a bit too small though and I didn’t like the wooden design of the staircase as i prefer 70s-2000s Eastern Bloc design

I stay in this hotel each year .. excellent service, the rooms are clean and new .. food is of great quality, nice swimming pool. Parking available onsite.

Genoa city Novotel is located near the metro which mashed getting in and out of town very easy. The rooms are good, clean and comfortable. However, the best thing about the hotel are the staff, especially Mrs. Laura 🌸🌸🌸🌸 she made our stay exceptional and was extremely professional, caring and helpful as well as being a delight to work with. I would come back to this hotel only for Mrs. Laura. Great job Novotel in keeping your staff happy and motivated 👏👏👏👏👏 thank you Mrs. Laura 🙏🙏🙏

We received a wonderful welcome from the moment we arrived, and we were even upgraded, which was truly appreciated. The room was perfect: comfortable, quiet, and very pleasant. What truly made this stay special, however, was how genuinely charming, warm, and attentive all the staff members were throughout our visit. On the day of our departure, we asked for recommendations and information to explore a bit more of Genoa, and they were incredibly helpful. When we came back, they even asked us if everything had gone well. It may seem like a small detail, but this kind of sincere attention makes all the difference. It was the perfect short stay for a weekend in Genoa. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I truly felt expected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for during the entire stay.
