I stayed here for 5 nights on a recent visit to Genoa and, overall, really enjoyed my stay. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good (I paid extra as it wasn’t included in my booking) and the hotel is superbly situated within minutes of the main attractions. The only small complaint was that the rooms are a bit spartan and not that cosy. Besides that it was great and I’d definitely recommend
The elevator is not big. The windows at an upper floor did not shut properly there was a gap, but there was AC on the other hand. I might have been allergic to something they used around the room because I got stuffy nose at nights. But other than these I recommend the place, the breakfast, staff and service are fulfilling.
We loved this hotel in Genoa. It is in a great location about 3/4 of a mile from the train station and very close to the city center. Loved the view from our window. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and dinner. It is located in a fabulous old building with modern amenities.
This hotel was in a great location, everything was very nice, clean, staff was attentive and professional. The breakfast was amazing. I’m so glad I opted in for it. The options were tasty, fresh, and there were many healthy options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and within walking distance from most major attractions. An abundance of restaurants in the vicinity, from simple fare to fine dining. Parking is valet only, 25-30 Euros a night, and reserving a spot in advance is recommended. Only downside: the hotel has only two tiny elevators (and 9 floors) and one of them was out of service during our stay. That can cause a looong wait.
