Ac Hotel Genova By Marriott

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Genova! The hotel is exceptionally well-located, offering quick and direct access to the city's historic center. The rooms were highly comfortable, providing a perfect environment to relax, and the breakfast selection was incredibly varied and delicious. What truly stands out, however, is the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and competent. I would especially like to recognize Carlos, Cath, and Alessandro from the Front Office—they went above and beyond and were of tremendous help throughout my stay. I will gladly return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

As expected by Marriot, this is a great hotel. The lobby lounge is comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the room is modern and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The only downside is that it is far from the main part of Genova but it is like 3-4 min by car to the beach side. It also does not have a pool which is a limiting factor for us travelling by kids.

One of the comfiest hotels we’ve stayed at! The rooms are spacious and clean. They’re well equipped too, with a kettle and hairdryer available. Breakfast was very good. Huge supermarket COOP is only 2min away (walking distance)

We had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Genoa. Everything was outstanding, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms to the cleanliness, facilities, and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The only aspect that didn’t fully meet my expectations was the breakfast. While the quality of the food was good, I initially felt that the variety was more limited than I would normally expect from a Marriott property. Review Update After receiving the hotel’s thoughtful and professional response, I now have a much better understanding of the concept behind the breakfast and the standards the AC Hotels brand aims to follow. I genuinely appreciate the time they took to explain it, and their attention to guest feedback deserves recognition. For that reason, I’m happy to add one more star. ⭐️ I’d also like to mention something I forgot in my original review: the hotel provides Korres amenities, a premium Greek brand 🇬🇷 (which I was especially pleased to see as a Greek guest). It’s a wonderful detail that reflects quality and care and certainly enhanced my stay. Overall, this is an excellent hotel that I would gladly return to.
