This was a good way to learn about sites in the old town area at your own pace. The scavenger hunt aspect adds some fun, especially for kids. Our stay in Geneva was short so this was a good way to get in some of the sights.
Traveling with 17 college students and wanted a fun way for them to get to know the city. This was perfect. Most groups finished in about 90 minutes and the pictures from their explorations were great. College leaders also enjoyed, but took a more leisurely pace and finished in 3 hours (we had to try the Calvinus beer after learning about it!). Have decided to use program again at our next stop in Lucerne.

First time to Geneva. An interesting way to experience a few of the landmarks, and kept my teen son entertained for an hour (no easy feat).
This was a great way to see the city and learn many historical facts. The one thing that could be improved is the pricing. I ended up paying for three adults because there was no option for kids. This is an app that you download and enter a code. My kids don’t have iPhones so they couldn’t download the app. I was disappointed to have paid for three adults when we all just played on one device.
Geneva is a beautiful city and we all enjoyed the tour with a beautiful walk and really clever riddles. The photo tasks are funny and you can share all pictures with friends. Great companion for our trips from now on

Yesterday, we took this self-guided tour in Geneva and loved it! The app was easy to use and provided all the information we needed, including maps so youz can't get lost. The tour was self-paced and had fun challenges and quizzes to keep us engaged. We can only recommend it :)

Wir konnten am Buchungstag, Dienstag, 21.03.2023, für den wir das Ticket von Ihnen erhalten und das wir auch bezahlt hatten, vor Ort die Begleitung der Schnitzeljagd in der App nicht öffnen. Das System wollte mich nicht erkennen und teilte mir immer wieder mit, dass diese Adresse bereits eine andere Person besitze und oder, dass wir von Viator noch keine Aktivität gebucht hätten. Auch die von Ihnen für Hilfestellungen empfohlene Telefonnummer von Explorial (+41)0315391575 half nicht weiter, eine englisch sprechende Stimme empfahl uns, die Explorial App zu öffnen, was ja aber nicht ging. Selbst das Tourismusbüro Genf konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen. So mussten wir uns neu organisieren und die von uns gewünschten Sehenswürdigkeiten selbst finden. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und erwarten von Ihnen die Zurückerstattung der Ticketkosten im Wert von Fr. 28.00 Mit freundlichen Grüssen Josef Müller
It was difficult to start the game because the info was not very clear: meeting place, entry into the app, entry code, unreachable contact people. But it was worth persevering because the activity is great: you move, you discover the city in a fun way and you learn a lot.

I liked that you were led to sights in a short time, a bit of competition is definitely cool and you learn a few facts. I would definitely do it again. unfortunately I could not find the code to register the second person anymore. that should be noted on the confirmation.
