Robert was a great tour guide! Fun to learn so much about chocolate, especially seeing the process of it being made.

We had a great experience with Ludivine, she was very knowledgeable about chocolate and Geneva history! Would highly recommend her as your tour guide!
Lucas did an excellent job! Very knowledgeable and fun conversation.
We enjoyed a fantastic tour encompassing not only amazing chocolate, but also history and culture, thanks to our wonderful guide Ludivine. The tour included four varied chocolate-tasting experiences in beautiful cafes, as well as a fascinating walking tour of some of Geneva's emblematic spots, such as the Old Town and the Rues Basses, animated by Ludivine's extensive historical knowledge and clear explanations. I unreservedly recommend this tour, both for the incredible chocolate and as a fascinating and highly enjoyable way to explore the centre of Geneva.
A fantastic tour with the lovely Ludivine. Myself, my son, and friend had a great time learning about the history of Geneva through its chocolate-making traditions. Ludivine was very well-informed and interesting and took the time to allow us to ask questions and take plenty of photos on the way. I would highly recommend this tour and Ludivine is an excellent guide. Merci pour cette belle visite !
Unfortunately I couldn’t make the tour due to the air traffic issues across Europe. Although the customer service was prompt to respond I was hugely disappointed to receive only 10% as a refund. I wanted to transfer to another day but would have had to buy another ticket !!This was an expensive booking for a senior and a student. So was a disappointing start to our break in Geneva not to do the experience !!
Robert was amazing. We loved him. Great relaxed experience, so much chocolate we were delighted and good wine advice. I have already finished the bottle of Chasselas. It was delicious. Thanks again Robert.
A wonderful exploration of the legendary chocolates stores in the traditional district in Geneva. Many thanks go to the guide Robert who leads us into the stores in sequence to enjoy the tastes from basic formula and forms, to more advanced and complicated ones, then to end up with a making process to wrap up the trip. On top of it, Robert shows us a few more historical spots and events which have made Geneva even more interesting & memorable!
What a great tour! Beautiful city, beautiful guide, and a beautiful tour! We were so lucky to have met Ludi, she gave us more than chocolate information, gave us history, geography, and even some tourism hacks. (The hogwarth’s library was huge help)
Beautiful tour, beautiful city, and beautiful guide! We came for the chocolate, and came away with a lesson in history, philosophy, and city shortcuts (the WC hack was perfect). It is such a great tour!
It was lovely, chocolate is always delightful, Robert, our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, he shared insights on the city life as well, showed us around old city center, very pleasant presence. We discovered some hidden gems in terms of high quality chocolate supply
Our guide Robert gave us a lovely tour of we tasted many different chocolates and he also showed us around the old town. He was interesting and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Thank you Robert
The only thing better than the chocolate was our guide Robert. He went above and beyond. Not only did he share about the chocolate, but he knows so much about the history of the area. I wish we had more time here so we could book a city history tour with him. He was so easy going and knowledgeable and we’d highly recommend asking for Robert. If you love chocolate and want a great guide as well, this is your tour and this is your guide.
Our chocolate tour guide, Ludivine Moret, was so pleasant and relaxed, and it was amazing how much Geneva history she knew, too. It was absolutely a great experience that was so much more than we expected. Mark and Kathy (Pisgah Forest, NC, US)
This wasn’t just a wonderful chocolate experience, but also a great introduction to Geneva. Thanks to Robert for incorporating some of this history into the tour.
Don’t eat before you go. Great experience. Wear comfortable shoes since more walking than I expected
An excellent chocolate bar with an excellent guide. Robert was very informative and knows his chocolate!
What a great tour. It was quite warm weather but the chocolate was delicious. I especially enjoyed learning about how chocolate is made and where the beans come from. Our guide, Robert, was great … we had some great conversations about all sorts of stuff. A very enjoyable time.
The tour was incredible, Lucas was very knowledgeable and informative about both chocolate but also Geneva history. I would recommend this tour highly
The chocolate tasting was amazing and Luca was a wealth of information about chocolate and Geneva history. I recommend this tour highly.
This was an awesome tour. We stopped at multiple places for chocolate, chocolate treats, and hot chocolate and it was also a great walking tour of parts of the old town. Highly recommend! Robert was very informative and great to talk to.
This was so much fun and informative. Ludivine was a wonderful guide. The chocolates were amazing! Never had anything like it!! We brought our little “friend” Ivan Ibex and he loved every bite!!
Our guide was knowledgeable about the city and the locations where we stopped for chocolate. We ended up with a private tour and he was happy to answer our questions and make adjustments based on our preferences. He spoke fluent English and was easy to understand. The chocolate was excellent and we enjoyed each stop!
Four different types of chocolate are offered vs a small sample of milk or dark chocolate truffles at each. This variety is nice to have. Also will enjoy some Geneva history while you walk through town.
Benjamin was a great guide! The tour was very interesting, we ate different traditional Geneva chocolates and we also walk through the old town. We had the chance to listen to Benjamin’s anecdotes on the city.
Great tour. Robert gave a tour of the old city while also taking us to 4 gorgeous chocolatiers. Come with an appetite!
Me, my wife, my sister in law, and baby daughter met Robert for a chocolate tour in Geneva last week. Robert was a great conversationalist and passionate about great food. We enjoyed the chocolate at all the spots he showed us and was appreciative of the extra time he spent with us to show us a nearby historical landmark in town. Would recommend to anyone looking for a way to see the city in a new, chocolately light.
Robert was a great guide! He told us all about the history, delicate flavors and even taught us about some history architecture along the way! He had great recommendations and was fun to chat with. I highly suggest if you are a chocolate-aholic or want to learn about some special Geneva History.
The guide was excellent and very accommodating for my slow pace walking. He was very informative and chose a varied selection of chocolates to taste. It was nice there was only 4 in the group. Given the above there would be 2 things I would change. First, sharing mugs of hot chocolate with strangers was gross, even though we used spoons. There should have been a flight of hot chocolate for each of us in 4 small glasses, (which I did notice they had). Second, my boyfriend & I did not realize we would have to climb tons of steps to the old city and walk down a very slanted road to come back. There was no chocolate tasting there, so although informative, it was not necessary and just used up time. We could have used the time to visit other chocolatiers. I believe is was ranked a medium level walk. IT WAS NOT!!!
Fun walking chocolate tour. 4 stops, lots of chocolate. The hot chocolate was the best stop. Our guide was very nice. Turned out he had been an exchange student in the states and was residing near where part of our group lived. Small world.
Lucas was a terrific guide. He was patient and truly gave us a very memorable experience. The tastings were delicious and we were given so much knowledge of the city as well. Definitely recommend.
We had an absolutely exceptional experience on our personalized chocolate tour with Robert. From the very beginning, it was clear that he is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about what he does. The tour was perfectly curated, taking us to four fantastic chocolate shops across Geneva, each offering something unique and delicious. Robert shared detailed insights about the chocolates, the makers, and the traditions behind them, which made the experience far more meaningful and memorable. What truly set this experience apart was how Robert went above and beyond. He generously showed us around the city and the Old Town, sharing rich historical information and personal insights that brought Geneva to life. His depth of knowledge and the way he connects ideas made every conversation engaging and enjoyable. Robert is exceptionally intelligent and intellectual, especially when speaking about topics he is passionate about, and it made the entire experience even more enriching. We also deeply appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. He offered to walk us to the train station at the end of the tour and even surprised us with a sweet gift, which was such a warm and unexpected gesture. Thank you, Robert, for an unforgettable experience. This was so much more than a chocolate tour, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva.
Learning the history of Swiss chocolate & tasting the endless results was an experience not to be missed!
We are not young but walk was easy and slow, guide wait for us always. Chocolate was so tasty, best we ever eat in our life. We learn little bit story about Geneva and old streets, very nice and clean place. Guide was friendly and explain simple so we understand good. Many sweet stop, we almost too full but still happy. We say thank you for this beautiful day.
Our guide Franois was excellent. He knew so much about the history of the city and about the various chocolate shops we stopped at. My family had a blast!
This was an awesome tour! We loved the chocolate and our tour guide. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Geneva and had us a lot of the history as we walked around.
We had a lovely afternoon sampling chocolate candy, chocolate cake and hot chocolate in beautiful Old Town Geneva. Robert was knowledgeable and helped keep the afternoon fun for my 5 year old granddaughter.
The chocolate tasting tour was very unique, as we had the chance to taste the local variety of Swiss chocolate. Tour guide Christophe was very knowledgeable and provided a brief insight on the history of Geneva. I would definitely recommend!! Merci beaucoup.
My daughter & I really enjoyed our tour with Lucas. He is definitely a chocolate enthusiast and we visited some of Geneva’s best chocolate shops which we otherwise would have missed. At each stop we had time to sample and learn about chocolate and hot chocolate, as well as browse the products. Lucas was easy to spend time with and was also very knowledgeable about the city’s history. The tour was a lovely experience and the perfect way to incorporate some sightseeing in the Old Town (and buying some chocolate souvenirs!) into our brief trip to Geneva.
Lucas was a great tour guide we learn a lot about Geneva and the history of Swiss chocolate! Lucas was personable and able to carry on conversations especU With my husband!
My husband was ill so couldn’t come. It was a great tour. Robert had a lot of information around the different chocolates, and was a very nice guide who actually helped me to find my hotel after the tour. Thank u so much Robert.
Superbly organized tour. Our guide, Robert, was personable, knowledgeable, and very warm. His selection of places was excellent. Not big producers, but artisan shops with absolutely exquisite chocolates and pastries. All together, thanks to Robert it was unforgettable experience.
Our guide, Christophe, made this chocolate tour in Geneva absolutely fantastic! To our surprise, he included a delightful mini walking tour of the city, pointing out major landmarks and sharing fascinating stories along the way. Christophe was charming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations after the tour. We would definitely book another tour with him on our next visit to Geneva!
Robert is a great guide, the tour was rich in anecdotes and cultural facts about the city. If you want discover Geneva like a true local i highly recommend it
Benjamin was a wonderful guide who gave us more than just a chocolate tour. He gave us insight to both new and old Geneva. The tour was amazing and the chocolate was out of this world
We really enjoyed the tour. Such a great experience learnt so much abd enjoyed each stop. Floris Robert was helpful tour guide and answered all our questions. We recommend the tour
If you love chocolate, then doing this tour is well worth the experience! Ben was really knowledgeable about the history and culture around Swiss chocolate, but also generally about the history of Geneva. It was a great mix of chocolate shops and tastings, interspersed with some walking around Geneva’s old town and learning about the history. We had only just arrived the day of tour, so Ben was also super helpful in providing recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to try during our trip!
Had a great tour with Ben. Wonderful history and food stops. He was very kind, accommodating and explained things very well.
It was my family’s first time in Geneva and my sister’s 5th time. Benjamin was our guide. He provided an excellent tour of exquisite chocolate shops with incredible knowledge which suited an audience who ranged from the ages of 6 to 47! He gave us very thoughtful recommendations and answered all of our questions. He was amicable and his English was superb. Benjamin gave us plenty of time in at each location and provided insightful history. As expected, we found many gifts from this tour and our daughter was told at TSA her scan was to determine how much chocolate she had on this trip and if she brushed her teeth. If you find yourself Geneva and are looking for an experience, I insist you consider this tour.
Robert is an amazing guide not only on the Swiss chocolate (delicious!) but on Geneva’s rich history. Request Robert for your tour!
