Excellent. Modern, well equiped and perfectly located. Staff very organized from special demands regarding parking to courtesy gestures (extra bottle of water during heat wave, Toblerone chocolates, fresh fruits at the desk). I usually don't write long reviews! I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of Cléa (?) at the desk. I did not ask and they probably would privide for one, but did not see an iron in my room.

We stayed for one night, and the hotel itself was nice with a spacious, comfortable room. Check-in was smooth even though we arrived late at night, and the staff was polite. The location is excellent. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke that was impossible to ignore. It was late, and we were tired, so we didn’t request a change, but it definitely affected the overall experience. Without the odor, the stay would have been close to perfect, a solid 5-star experience given the size, cleanliness, and amenities of the room. Unfortunately, the lingering smoke smell brought it down to about a 3.5-star stay for us. For a hotel at this level, we expected a completely fresh, smoke-free room upon arrival. If they can address this issue, it would make a big difference for future guests.
Fabulous hotel at an affordable rate. The attention to detail in the room service was impeccable. Victor made sure I had my complimentary coffee and train pass as I walked out the door. The nice Tunisian lady asked how my trip had been going and all in all you feel like a real human staying here.
The rooms were small but expected for Europe. The bathrooms were clean but the drainage was not very good. The rooms didn’t have a lot of lights. The outlets of course was different since it’s Europe. The staff was very nice and they allowed us to check in early and gave us a bottle of water and some candies. The area was very nice - great views and flat area for outdoor running.
The hotel is on great location. Service was friendly and ok. The hotels has a great lounge and entrance, with lots of art pieces, what a shame that you can not even get a cafe or tea there to drink, since it would be a beautiful place to chill, since it has a lot of sitting areas. The rooms a very clean, a bit small, but most of Hotels in Geneva have small rooms. It was a nice stay
