Sharing my recent stay at Novotel Suites Genève Aéroport. Very functional room, with a convenient shopping mall right across the street. The hotel will email guests the link to download the Geneva Transport Card which is good to cover your public transport need right from the airport (bus 10) to the hotel as well as the city center. Breakfast is quite good, love the fruits.
We had a good two night stay at Novotel near Genève airport. The location is very nice,five stops from geneve train station by tram and four stops from CERN. It’s close to the airport and big shopping mall. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. We also did breakfast buffet at the hotel the offering was decent. Will stay here again.
The check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was comfortable. The only issue was that the room felt a bit too warm during our stay, likely due to the high temperature. Overall, the service was great and the staff were helpful.
My son had left his teddy behind and the staff responded to my email promptly and found the item for me quickly. The hotel was also very clean, the facilities very nice and we had a comfortable stay. It was also very easy to get to from the airport, just a few stops on the free shuttle bus. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
It was just a one night stay with my family to catch a flight early the next day. The overall experience was good, but the host at the reception seemed new and out of experience, making couple of mistakes back to back. The room in itself was large and well organized and clean. But it felt like it lacked some quality and being just another hotel. The locality is good, with good access to city and to the airport thus serving its purpose.
