Our stay at La Réserve Genève may have been short, but it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. We especially loved the thoughtful welcome amenities (the chocolate boat was such a fun surprise!) and enjoyed taking advantage of the hotel's beautiful boat shuttle across the lake. Dinner at Tse Fung was another highlight of our stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional level of service. On the morning of our departure, my husband unexpectedly injured his back. The concierge team immediately arranged for a doctor to come directly to the hotel, and one of the staff members even picked up his prescription medication for us so we could still make it to our group's pickup on time. What could have been an incredibly stressful morning was handled with such kindness, efficiency, and genuine care. Luxury hotels are plentiful, but it's how a property responds when something goes wrong that really defines the guest experience. The team at La Réserve exceeded every expectation, and we are so grateful for everything they did. We look forward to returning one day.

Great hotel. We stayed here one night so we could access the airport easily the next morning. Had a spa session as well which was nice. Next time would be worth 2 nights. Relative to other 5 stars options in GVA we found it nice
