As always, I’m thoroughly enjoying my stay at Bristol Hotel Geneva. I’ve been coming back here regularly, and the warm hospitality, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere always make me feel at home. Truly a wonderful place to stay in Geneva! 🙏

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bristol. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The service was excellent throughout my stay. A small detail that made the stay even better: the toilet had a built-in bidet function that works with the press of a button, which was definitely appreciated 😂 Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to Adam, Guillaume, Oceania, and Dennis, the hotel manager, for making us feel so welcome. Dennis even took the time to personally stop and ask about our visit, demonstrating the kind of leadership that creates an outstanding service culture. We also want to recognize the many other team members whose names we unfortunately didn't catch. From the bell staff and front desk professionals to the concierge, housekeeping, and bartenders, every person we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and eager to help. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, with public transportation conveniently located right outside the front door. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and digitally enabled, providing every comfort we could have wanted. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Bristol and look forward to returning on our next visit.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the lake and the train station. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, and the room service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
