Hotel Auteuil Manotel

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. We are a family of 5 and were placed in an adjoining two rooms the second room already had a cot set up for us for the 3 kids to sleep in one room. We had the breakfast before we left and it was a great buffet. The location is extremely convenient if you are coming/going by train, its a short less than 10 minute walk. You can easily walk most of the city from the hotel as well which we did! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here while in Geneva.

For me the lasting impression when I’m on vacation is the people you meet along the way. The staff at Hotel Auteuil are wonderful. From Front Desk to Breakfast Room and of course Housekeeping staff they all contributed to making our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The only constructive feedback we would give is to consider refurbishing and updating the shower facilities to include walk-in and hands free overhead shower. We stayed at your hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. We had a connecting family room, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel’s location is also excellent. The only small suggestion we have would be to provide slippers and a dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) in the rooms. It would be a lovely extra touch for guests. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a small takeaway bag when we left, containing bottles of water and cereal bars for our journey. We thought that was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it really made a difference. We truly hope that every guest receives the same level of care, attention, and comfort that we experienced. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. We would be delighted to stay with you again and highly recommend your hotel!

We stayed 3 nights after a long travel day from the West Coast of the US and were throughly pleased! The room had good climate controls and A/C, which was much appreciated during a recent heat wave. The room decor is modern, and the bed was comfortable. Even though we were on a busy street, the room was quiet. The bathroom had a handy shelf underneath the sink for storing our toiletries. We had enough room to store both of our carry-on-sized luggage. Breakfast satisfied us with options for most simple tastes. Our room had a bath/shower combo that, if you have mobility issues, could be harder to use than a standalone shower. We had no trouble, but if you have concerns, ask if they have rooms with just a shower. There's a tram stop next door and the central district, as well as the lake, is very walkable. I'll recommend Hotel Auteuil to family and friends.
