What an amazing and wonderful stay! We were spoiled from the minute we walked in with a fantastic concierge service and welcome. When they found out it was our honeymoon, they put a ton of effort into making the room special. Every time we went to the lobby we were greeted with welcoming smiles. Would highly recommend this stay!
I cannot say enough about how incredible my experience was at the Beau-Rivage Geneve. The service was excellent and the hotel staff made sure that I was well taken care of at all times. They were available to help with luggage, make reservations, and even send packages- beyond anything I have ever experienced at any hotel. The location is ideal and walkable to the main areas of town. The room was spacious and I had a beautiful view of the city. In my opinion, there is no other option for a place to stay when in Geneva. Thank you to the staff at the Beau-Rivage Geneve!
On this trip, we have stayed in five star hotels in New York City, in Paris, in Geneva and in Lucerne. None of the others compare even remotely to the quality of room, Service and location of the Beau-Rivage Geneva. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that they considered themselves a team. We have heard that before, of course, but this time they meant it. Every member of the staff went out of his or her way to make sure that our stay was flawless and enjoyable. In addition, we were upgraded to the royal suite which is the most elegant suite we have ever stayed in. The room, the staff, the location and the hotel in General are extraordinary! "Staying at Beau-Rivage Geneva was an unforgettable experience. This iconic hotel has been operating since 1865, yet the service feels completely modern. Waking up to panoramic views of Lake Geneva, the Jet d'Eau, and the Alps from my room was magical. The staff, especially the Clefs d'Or concierge team, were incredibly professional and attentive. Dining at Le Chat Botté was exceptional. Located right in the city center, just 8 minutes from Cornavin Station. If you want true Swiss luxury with historic charm, this is the place. 5 stars ⭐⭐ Highly recommended!"
To say the Hotel Beau Rivage is my favorite hotel in the world would be an under statement. It's far and away the best run luxury city hotel I have ever had the pleasure to be a guest at. Simply put: it's PERFECT from start to finish. What sets it apart from everything else I know is the people who work there and make it all happen on a daily basis. Bravo to the management for attracting and keeping such great people! The door team is superb; the reception staff impeccable; the concierge all exceptional. The rooms are elegant and luxurious and the bed is the most comfortable you can imagine. I've stayed 20-30 times at the Beau-Rivage and still can't figure out how they make the duvet float around me. The bar and restaurant are the perfect respite from the outside world and staff is amazing at being able to anticipate your every need. For anyone that visits Geneve you would be cheating yourself to not stay here. It's really that GREAT!
