Very fun, too three floors quite scary!
poor value for money, I would not come back
I was bringing elderly relatives to Krakow who were keen to visit Auschwitz, on researching reliable tours I was a bit worried to see many people experiencing cancelled tours or ridiculous early pick up times. I am so glad I booked with Krakvel Tours and Transfers, they were excellent. Our driver Norbert texted me before I had even left the UK, we were collected on time and Norbert was extremely friendly and helpful, telling me lots of information on places to visit in the city centre and pointing out a brilliant restaurant that we visited. We arrived at Auschwitz and was introduced to our guide by our driver. We were taken to the camps in a lovely comfortable and clean vehicle and the whole visit ran on time and was well organised. I can highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again
Good value as a family, great location, suitable for 12+ in my opinion. There is kitschness aplenty, and is a great way to spend 30/40 minutes. Might be more of a challenge on a busy day, as it’s in a tower with fairly narrow passageways, but we went at a quiet time and it was easy to move around at our own pace.
This is well overpriced, and is all over very quickly. Think we paid about £25 for two tickets, and we were round it all in less than 30 minutes, without rushing in any way. Waxworks range from half decent to ridiculously bad, and the haunted house isn’t great either. Would recommend if it was a quarter of the price for a laugh, but couldn’t justify paying what it is to anyone.
Some of the wax works were really good, others were miles off the person and some were just creepy (and I’m not speaking about the horror ones)
Waste of money ! Wax figures are of extremely poor quality and the entrance fee is overpriced for the experience which wasn't good at all. It's very short, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Also, the girl at the counter wasn't friendly and didn't explain anything to us re exiting. Once you reach the end of experience on the top floor you have to go back through it all again to exit. I feel there should of been an separate exit at the end of the experience as we weren't sure how to exit and it wasn't explained to us
We visited the Tower of Secrets on December 6th, 2025. The price felt a bit high, but it was still fun to walk around and see the different wax figures, even if they weren’t very realistic. The haunted house was also nice, and I can imagine that it will become really good over time. However, I still wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone, and that is solely because of the girl who sold the tickets. She was the most arrogant person we met on our trip. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel welcome at all and felt more like an inconvenience. When we left, we said goodbye three times, and she didn’t acknowledge us at all—she was too busy on her phone
I was really disappointed with this museum. The entrance fee is overpriced for what you actually get. The wax figures are of very low quality, some barely resembling real people at all, which made the whole experience feel cheap and outdated. Overall, it was not worth the money, and I would not recommend visiting. There are far better attractions in the area for the same price—or less.
This was a hilarious experience, the wax works are so bad they are funny. A good way to spend an hour or so, especially to keep out of the rain. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent, though a bit shorter than I had thought. The waxworks looked great, the scary parts are fun, and all was good.
This is a joke right? We are not going to try and convince me otherwise 😂😂 Little house of horrors was quite jumpy though 😂😂😂
Although some of the waxworks were good quality (Barack Obama) others were a bit rubbish to be honest (Kate Middleton). We tried to pad it out by going round twice and taking a photos but were still done in 30mins. We paid the 10 zln supplement upfront for the horror house which was similarly short and not really scary.
What a joke, the quality of the wax figures was shockingly bad, the extra scary part is full of cheap decorations, and I seriously struggle to understand how they're still open.
A hilarious wax museum, as all wax museums in Poland inevitably are. Well worth the price, which was peanuts. Nobody was there when I went so I got some selfies with the stars. Would go again! Even better than the one in Krakow!
Went with my two daughters which are 8 and 10 years old. Most of the wax figures are poorly made, and bears few (if any) resemblance to the real versions. I guess we spent about 15 minutes inside the tower. We disn’t enter the horror-part though. Maybe that was better…
Amazing experience, Elena and Liza were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the tour, I would highly recommend!
Great fun!!! We enjoyed our visit and would recommend. Reasonably priced. Didn’t go in haunted house though. Thank you!
Nice visit, quiet amusing to see some of the figures and some good photo opportunities which will make you laugh. Nice view from the top
Impressive wax figures, lifelike details. A must-visit for fun photos and celebrity lookalikes. Staff was nice. I had a great time in the haunted house.
Nice museum with a lot of figures. Pirates adventure with a labyrinth of mirrors a little mysterious and scary. Haunted house only for the brave ones
Amazing experience recommend it to everyone, i was here with my girlfriend and we are very happy. :) come here with someone it is way better like that.
If you have already seen a wax museum before, then you can save your money here. The figures didn't resemble the known ones at all and the whole thing felt like a cheap setup. Overall a very half-hearted experience
Fun and different experience. Takes about 30 minutes. It was different how good the figures and decoration were, but a nice experience.
A run-down and run-down museum where there didn't seem to be over 100 dolls said online. The horror part was from 12 years but was far from scary, felt frivolous unfortunately. It was the worst museum we have visited and the service was not okay. Also realized later that we paid way too much, more people than we were and for the horror part would only 2 of us but they charged for all even though they said ok when we bought tickets. Love Gdansk but I will definitely not walk here again.
Not worth the money - wax figures, narrow.
If you expect high-quality wax figures and true horror, you won't find the right thing here, BUT it was still very entertaining. We had a lot of laughs, and at one point or another, we were also startled.
Not a must-see but interesting. The mirror room and the horror floor are ideal for children.
Wax Museum with many wax figures. Some were good and others were funny because they were so far away from how the person looks. They also have their own horror floor at the top and good views of the city. Recommended if you are in Gdansk.
A wax museum in the Old Town of Gdansk. You can find statues of various types and a section dedicated to horror. It is located at the foot of a tower and is advertised with specially decorated cars. Wax museum in Gdansk's Old Town. It features statues of various kinds and a section dedicated to horror.
From the outside this tower looked exciting, so we went in with maybe too high expectations. There were a few wax figures of famous people that resembled the original characters. The top floors should be horror and horror. Maybe exciting for kids.
The only positive thing to say about these figures is that they all had names so you could figure out who they were to resemble. I hope this is a humorous invention and a parody of Madam Tussauds. There are better things to waste your money on.
Polecamy miejsce. Fajna odskocznia. Piętro z piratami robi wrażenie 😉 a nawiedzone piętro dla osób lubiących mocne wrażenia
Odwiedziliśmy to miejsce podczas pobytu w Gdańsku z dwójką dzieci w wieku 5 i 7 lat, muzeum figur bardzo ciekawe, dużo postaci, weszliśmy też do domu strachu w którym dzieciaki miały mnóstwo atrakcji i frajdy, serdecznie polecam
Super przygoda . Dzieci w wieku 12 i 5 .
Zobaczylismy muzeum figur woskowych, dom strachu, ktory byl naprawde straszny 🫣😊😊
Fajna miejscówka dla dzieci i dorosłych. Było ciekawo i wesoło. Jest trochę straszna. Ale spoko 😌😊😊 Radzę !!!!!!!!!!!!
Super realistyczne postacie i bardzo dobra obsługa, fajne miejsce do odwiedzenia. Realistyczne figury które warto zobaczyć. Dziecko było zachwycone.
Dużo ciekawych realistyvznych figór woskowych i naprawdę straszny tematyczny dom strachów :) dzieci zachwycone pozdrawiam
Super przygoda, duzo figur dobrej jakości, bylam tu z chłopakiem i nie żałujemy, polecamy odwiedzić to każdemu. Wrócimy tu na pewno.
I visited this wax figure museum and it was an amazing experience! I especially loved the pirate floor: the setting is super realistic, as if I were on a real pirate ship. But what gave me the most adrenaline was the two floors of the house of terror. Emotions were at full strength! It was scary, interesting and very exciting. If you are looking for an intense and memorable experience, you definitely have to visit this museum. I recommend it!
