Shooting Range Experience In Gdansk Poland

I have never held a gun before so this was both exciting, yet terrifying. Worth doing, although my nerves were frayed for an hour after. Even if you just want to understand first hand the power or these weapons, I highly recommend this experience.

5 stars for the actual shooting - we had great fun and it was exactly as described! HOWEVER, health & safety and was non-existent which I felt I had a duty to highlight for future travellers. There was no ID / security checks, anyone with any record could have turned up and participated. There was equally no safety briefing bar a 20 second intro to which we could not hear and understand.

I visited Subiekt shooting range together with my wife and we can truly recommend this experience. We chose military recruit set (cheapest) option, so each person had 16 shots in total, and it was still enough to have fun and practice some shooting!. Instructors were very professional, so we felt well looked after during the visit.

Title: Daylight robbery — 42 PLN Viator tax for NOTHING Paid 59.79 € (~262 PLN) on Viator for the "Policeman" package at Strzelnica Sportowa Subiekt. On arrival, staff confirmed I got the Standard Set (170 PLN). Even with the 50 PLN walk-in fee, buying at the door = 220 PLN. Viator overcharged me 42 PLN (19%) for zero added value — no priority, no extras, same exact experience. Skip Viator. Walk in, pay 220 PLN, save your money.

We were two people shooting the 300 zloty package so 600 in total. It took literally 3min from we started shooting til we were told we could leave. Shooting was good, but it was not really an experience. So it was OK.

The instructors were VERY professional while creating a safe and relaxed atmosphere. The equipment functioned perfectly. They were very busy yet remained organized. Would have loved to stay for another set.

GetYourGuide was slightly cheaper, for the same package. I walked to the shooting range, which took about 30 mins - it wasn't a bad walk, but the Bolt back to Długi Targ cost 16ZŁ (£3) so it would have been much easier to get a taxi instead. The place was easy enough to find. Alex talked me through everything, then stayed with me throughout to help. He took photos of me with each gun afterwards and set up my phone to record videos during. I only wish it had lasted longer, it was all over and done with in 5 minutes, which I paid around £60 (300ZŁ) for the package.

Really good and fun! If i ahould say one negative thing, it would be that it was too efficient and was over too fast 😆 Safe, smiling guides, fun. My wife loved it as well. Recommended!

We realised that we been cheat on rounds and what we supposed to get, we had booking via viator and we also bought extra at the place for 2 other people and one package supposed to be bigger then the other and that was not the case, I think they cheat on bullets so keep an eye on the what you bought and what tou get in reality.

Fantastic experience with clearly very knowledgeable and competent staff. Great to fire a range of weapons, including AK, Glock 17 and semi-automatic shotgun. Grateful they also helped me book a taxi back to the centre!

One of the greatest experiences my partner and I have ever done. The staff were amazing and we felt safe and encouraged :)

We were 5 people who went shooting here and it was a great experience. Skilled instructors and it all went seamlessly forward. It was very exciting to try the different weapons they had to offer and I would certainly visit this place again.

This was my first time. , took my son along. After every gun he has such a big smile 😃 Definitely will do it again

Great experience, we took the bigger package with 10 Glock, 5shotgun, 10smg and 10ak47 rounds! Great for bachelor party. Even if you have 0 experience of shooting!

It was our first time as a family firing live weapons. Alex was our instructor and provided clear training on handling each weapon. I have to say all the staff were friendly and highly professional, a great way to spend a couple of hours in Gdansk as it's so close to the old town

Excellent instruction with humour added. It used to be fully automatic packages but sadly that has had to be restricted due to wannabe John McClanes wrecking the range. Despite the restriction I still enjoyed the shooting due to the instruction/supervision,

Had a great time at the shooting range. Very professional and well run . Would recommend. We did the basic package (which does go quite quickly) just to see what it was like but wish we'd got more. I recommend getting at least the middle pack or bigger because you WILL want to shoot more.

Party of 11 easily catered for by very efficient staff who were flexible with purchasing extra rounds or trying other weapons. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, highly recommended

Professional instructors and very fun

Excellent session. Staff were friendly, signed on quickly, safety equipment issued and we were into the session. Great instruction, four different types of gun. Absolutely loved it. The location is about a 25 min walk from city centre, we got an Uber back.

A great experience for something different. I personality found it a little intimidating at first but that quickly passed! Fantastic adrenaline rush - it was just over too quickly!

Experience real guns in a safe controlled environment. The activity only lasted 10 minutes as you pay for the amount of bullets so less bullets =less minutes. But well worth it!!

You use real guns with live rounds under expert supervision, these powerful weapons will give a kick back when you fire them, it's an experience you should try once, I booked it for me and my wife who's never fired a gun before, she loved it, it was all done on a safe firing range, the guns are prepared by them and they're with you when it's your turn to use them, obviously there are different packages, our package experience was 4 weapons, with 10 rounds per gun, glock 17, pump action shotgun, czech machine gun and the iconic russian AK47, we got to keep our targets with bullet holes in them which I'm going to frame and hang in my bar, well worth the experience as we don't have anything like this where I live in the UK apart from clay pigeon shooting, and they don't use machine guns there, considering the cost I thought it was well worth it

The two guys who showed and coached us were excellent! Very good English spoken, very friendly. Can’t recommend this experience enough. Have as many shots as you can afford, it’s over quite quickly!

It was brilliant. Alex was very accommodating to us despite us not having a booking. He was very clear with his instructions & helped my partner when she had a little issue with the shotgun. Good fun & yes a little expensive but worth it. We spent about 10 minutes shooting

Good experience I would possibly recommend contacting them directly for a better price I would imagine, only 10 minutes £15 in taxi from old town. Laser sight on the pistol was good A47 was good too

After reading other reviews we decided to opt for the longer experience and were glad we did as we enjoyed every minute. The instructors were very thorough and patient and made everyone feel at ease. We started with a glock pistol then a scorpion, next a pump action shotgun and finished with an AK47 . We would highly recommend this experience

Visited with my son. Booked the basic package and it commenced with registration and a tutorial on how to handle and fire the various guns. A very enjoyable experience and highly recommended. Would visit again and probably book the next package.

Nice experience with different weapons. It took around half hour. Previous experience with shooting range has been useful, however not necessary.

It was fun! A little bit out from where we were staying, but fun regardless! It went by pretty fast, and we got To keep the paper that we shot at!

Highly experienced staff and an excellent range of guns to shoot. Although it only took about 10 minutes to shoot all my rounds out was well worth it.

Great for first time shooters, experienced, or military. Instructor was very aware and understanding with my girlfriend who was a first timer. Once I told him I was a soldier and could shooy, and I knew what I was talking about, he did not need to babysit me. Would recommend to others.

My wife and I decided to go out our comfort zone and try something different, so looking on Trip Advisor we saw the shooting range. Well the shooting range was a 20 minute walk from the old town on flat roads, the range was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife liked the instructor, who was very nice. Safety was very important and after being shown the guns to be used we were free to take our turn, and it didn’t take long before the competitor started in my wife. For the men out there, she didn’t win. This is a great opportunity and experience to shoot guns that you cannot shoot in the UK and only see on the TV. Go on as you will not be disappointed, it’s great fun, and nothing died.

Our trip was booked in advance for a specific time and was also confirmed by the business. When we showed up to our agreement we waited in 15 minutes line to just get to the secretary. She told us it will be a minimum of 50 minutes additional waiting time to get to your appointment. That I outrageous as we have allready booked for a time there. That is something I would consider very unprofessional, and not have respect for peoples time. As it was in the middle of the day no other shooting ranges was available, and our trip went by without getting to shoot. Stay clear of this one if you want a smooth experience.

I recently visited the shooting range in Gdańsk and had an absolutely fantastic time. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. One instructor in particular – unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name – really stood out. He was highly trained, clearly passionate about what he does, and above all, a genuinely kind and patient person. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt safe and comfortable, and even helped me take a great photo to remember the day. That kind of service is rare to find. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique, safe, and well-guided shooting experience in Poland. Big thanks to the whole team – and especially to the instructor who made my visit extra special!

It was a good experience, with very controlled environment, good instructions and guidance. Serves the purpose perfectly.

Good experience, We felt a bit rushed though as we were 2people in the middle of 2bigger group bookings. Not much of a safety demo but instructor kept good eye on us.. I would recommend, hopefully be better when it's quieter.

Fun and unique experience. The booking and finding the venue went smoothly and we were able to try out 4 different types of guns. Leaving 4 instead of 5 stars as we were in and out in around 15 minutes so it’s on the pricier side for a short experience. Having said that we had a great time and would recommend!

I'd never shot a gun before, let alone 5 different ones, so thought this would be fun. Walked from Gdansk town centre, 25mins or 5-10mins in a taxi I suspect. Easy to find. I went for the Counter Terrorist set, which was perfect mix of guns, bullets and cost. It was very safe, instructor went through everything well, it was more a practical shooting experience than fun, which was fine.

Unfortunately our trip has been cancelled and no reason for it. We had been looking forward to it but now on our last day in gdansk we are finding something else to do but not what we wanted as we haven't been left with enough time to book a different gun range so very disappointed overall. The trip was cancelled yesterday and had an email to my junk box which I have only read seen as we were now getting ready to leave

A must do experience! Wow it was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable! I was very nervous and the staff made me feel at ease. Everything felt safe and secure. I’ve always wanted to do a shooting range experience and I was worried being a solo traveller but I am so glad I did it! I felt like an absolute bad ass after!
