The airport pick-up in GDN was flawless. Very efficient and our driver Dominik was very professional and helpful. I found the service worth every penny and would readily use it again.
The modern, very comfortable vehicles were always on site ahead of the departure time. The drivers were helpful, polite, and had a tip or two for staying in Gdansk. Communication via email was always reliable and straightforward. We were thrilled.
First used Prestige Line in February 2024 an anniversary trip to Gdansk with my wife, and the standard of the vehicle and the staff was exemplary. First Class from booking to drop off and booked return to airport too. Returned to Gdansk early May 2026 with my wife daughter and son inlaw to celebrate my daughters birthday. I had no hesitation in booking Prestige Line once again and I was not disappointed, the larger vehicle to cater for the four of us was once again top class and the drivers once again a credit to the company.
We used Prestige to take us to and from the airport - the journey was easy to arrange. On both journeys our driver Mathew turned up on time, was very well turned out and the Mercedes van was clean, very comfortable, parked very close and we had assistance with the luggage. Would recommend and will use again when we’re next in town. Thank you!
Perfect way to get from the airport to Old Town area of Gdansk. Communication throughout booking was easy with fast responses. Matthew (sp) was waiting for us outside of baggage and helped us along to the van. The van was impeccable, comfy and roomy for the five of us traveling with luggage. Matthew was such a kind young man who gave us some tips for the area. Plan to book again to go back to the airport.
Great service, cars are first class.Friendly driver and very much helpful to explain everything. We travel as a group of 5
The driver was on time and extremely pleasant! We liked him so much that we booked another experience for the next day.
Fantastic service, prompt, reliable, easy to contact to change a pick up time. Dominic, our driver was so friendly and lovely. Would highly recommend.
We recently went on a family trip to Gdansk and used their service with two V-class . I can highly recommend this service to everyone. The vehicles were very clean, the drivers were professional, and everything was perfectly on time. The price was also very reasonable. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely choose them again.
Our driver Greg was ready and waiting for us. Very smart, professional and helpful. The transport was luxurious. We have booked our return journey. Brilliant service.
Excellent service, very professional. Good communications throughout. Drivers where well turned out and very courteous. Prestige high end cars (Mercedes E Class in our case). Cost about £75 return. Company name says it all. Would recommend.
Polite and very good driver. Clean car. We met the driver as agreed at the right time. We have already booked a new transport.
Brilliant service, I would highly recommend! Our driver was very polite and gave some recommendations for Gdansk as well. I'll definitely use this service again!
Driver was waiting as agreed when I had picked up my luggage at the airport - very nice driver, very nice car and just totally relaxed Experience - so I ended up booking them again when I left the country. Will book these guys when I return, no doubt.
Excellent service, our driver was Dominik was very professional . He also gave us lots of helpful suggestions about bars and restaurants.
Awesome car and driver - all excellent. Pickup and delivery and pick up times according to plans. Price decent for luxury van
We got a wonderfull car to drive us to the hotel. Perfect start on the trip. We talked to the driver, and he picked us up when we should leav.
Perfect experience. Will book again next time we visit Gdansk. Nice cars and showed up early even though we left the hotel at 3:30 in the morning.
Never having been to Gdansk before and unsure about transfers from the airport, based on their reviews we pre booked with Prestige Line. Brilliant service and very competitive on fare. Driver already waiting on our arrival and extremely polite and very smartly dressed! Fare as already agreed. We were so delighted, we pre booked our return from our Hampton by Hilton Old Town with the driver. Again waiting for us at the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend Prestige Vanessa and Hilary
Great service! The driver was on time, courteous, professional. .....and a very good price. Highly recommended service
Excellent services from Greg. Very friendly and knowledgable of Gdansk. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definatley recommend to friends and family, and when we visit Gdasnk again, I will be calling on Greg once more. Absoloute 5 star servce.
Loved our ride. Booked a transfer from Gdansk Airport to our hotel in the Gdansk old town, since after twelve hours of air travel with toddlers I didn't feel like navigating the bus/tram system with all of our luggage (and I'm extremely glad I didn't, it would have been a huge slog). Nathan was waiting for us outside of baggage claim holding an iPad with my name on the screen, sharply dressed, fluent in English, and really friendly and professional. He had a clean Mercedes van waiting for outside with two rear-facing car seats ("fotelik") for the kids (2 & 3 y/o), exactly as I requested! Huge relief. Tons of room in the car for all of our luggage, etc. 100% will use again and recommend. Big peace of mind.
Superb service. Very polite and friendly driver greeted us welcome. The car was clean and comfortable. Absolutely a company to be recommended!
Would give 10 stars if we could. Drivers were on time, professional, and helpful. We highly recommend!
Fantastic service! We needed a big car for the 7 of us. This is so easy to book and the executive Mercedes was so luxurious. We used them for our transfer back and forth to the Gdansk airport. Reliable and very friendly driver!
Matt was at the airport when we arrived. Very helpful with our luggage. The car was comfortable and met our needs well. Matt was friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this car service.
Excellent service in every way. Nice black MBenz with light interior and good fluently English speaking driver and giving good advice.
Polite and very good service. Helpful and Nice driver. A good way to travel from the airport to the hotel. We booket it for the return too because we were so pleased
I had Robert both to and from the airport. 10/10. Very comfortable and nice car. Good advice on what to see in the town. Felt very safe
Very good service. Always on time. Clean cars and nice drivers! Also used them between museum stutthof and appartment in Gdansk, worked perfect for our family.
Perfect service. Was picked up in the airport. Nice and clean Business Van. Smooth ride (and not driving like crazy like many others in that region). Highly recommend.
An excellent service !! Our group of 12 was met at the airport and transported quickly and comfortably to our hotel in Gdansk. We also used the service for our return from the hotel to the airport. Excellent, friendly, safe drivers and very comfortable vehicles. I would seriously recommend Prestige Line.
I was very disappointed with the service. The driver was not at the airport waiting for me, as was indicated during the booking process. I had to call the driver and wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. I would have been better off taking a local taxi at a third of the cost.
Outstanding service. Exceptionally professional driver waited for us on time at the airport. The taxi it was extremely clean with 2 bottles of water available to us. If in Gdansk in future we will be definitely using their services. Definitely a 10 out 10 service and experience.
Prestige Line has been my trusted transportation provider in Gdansk since 2019 and I have had over 20 drives either for myself or my family members. Professional, friendly drivers and always on time. 110% trust on this company and their impeccable service. Highly recommended.
Driver was waiting at the baggage claim when I arrived, they were friendly, and extremely professional. Overall, great and seamless experience. I would highly recommend this transfer service.
We had ordered transfer for 7 people but car was only for 6. Driver luckily arrange us another taxi and everything went fine. Thanks for your good service.
We booked a ride from the airport to Hilton Gdansk. The drivers on both trips were incredibly professional and pleasant. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and I would recommend using them in the strongest possible terms.
Good service. Driver was very serviceminded. Will use this company when we return to Gdansk in the future.
Very professional service. New van and immaculate condition. Quick transfer to hotel, very smooth ride. Thank you
Very precise pick up. Friendly and polite english speaking driver. The van was high quality also. After drove our group to the hotel he waited for us and drove us from hotel to Sopot. And no hard feelings even though I originally booked the pick up from the airport on wrong day. Easy to order transfer back to the airport also. High recommendations to Prestige Line service.
absolutely fantastic ride! me and my husband ordered this ride from the airport to the radisson hotel in Gdansk. The driver called us when we just landed and let us know that he had arrived then he was waiting for us at the arrival point with a sign with my name on it. A very polite man, well dressed and professional. I will definitely order this service again next time i visit Gdansk. We ordered the service again from the hotel and to the airport. Our flight was delayed and i just mailed them about the pickup time change, they responded very quickly and that was no problem at all. then we decided to meet up with friends at another hotel so I emailed them again about a different pickup address. like before no problem at all. the driver arrived 10 minutes early to the resturant we where staying in, he very politely waited while we paid for our food and got our belongings together. The car was very nice and clean inside and out! I felt very safe during the ride!
Proffesional employes. Outstanding service! Used a fine Mercedes E class with good comfort with champagne service. Recommending this firm at highest level
Very proffesional service with people that speak good english. The fleet is amazing! I order it to 04:30 and 04:20 it was on place!
Amazing service with very friendly drivers who speak fluent English. Pre arrival communication was fantastic and our driver was in the arrivals hall as agreed. The two mini vans were to a high specification and very clean. I couldn’t believe how competitive the pricing was for a return trip to our apartment. Thank you and we will be sure to use you again when visiting the beautiful city of Gdańsk.
Amazing service and very professional driver. Easy to book, on time pick up, clean car and very good and safe driving
From start to finish, one of the best services received. Polite, well mannered drivers and excellent service received, dropped off at the door of the apartments. My mum travelled before the borders closed and unfortunately was left stranded by her airline when she was there. I managed to get a connecting flight for her to return to the UK. The Prestige team were able to arrange a taxi within 15 minutes to get my mum to the airport to get a last minute flight to come home. When she was in Gdansk with no way of getting home, they even offered to help her to get to another airport to try to get her home even though they didn’t have to. Most grateful to them for the help and kindness they offered. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting a great and reliable service.
Excellent service, waiting in airport arrivals on landing and on time for return journey, professional and polite. Would definitely use again.
Great service, the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, car was new and clean, safe driving. I recommend to everyone !
I will use this company every time. Very high standards, driver was waiting for me at arrivals so I didn’t have to look for the car. From the beginning to the end everything was very professional. Highly recommended
