A lovely, modern hotel on the edge of the river about a 5 minute walk to the old town. You have to walk through an underpass for the main road, but it felt very safe.
When we arrived there was a mistake with our room. We had booked a triple as travelling with our son, but they’d put us in a double. The receptionist was quick to notice and rectify and gave us a complimentary drink at the bar while it was sorted out.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Quiet as we had a corner room so no one going past.
Super breakfast included, excellent variety of anything you could want. Including a make your own waffle station. Always a winner.
One of the best hotels I stayed in Europe. Spacious rooms with great view over the river, rich and tasty breakfast and the staff (reception and restaurant) made our stay very comfortable. Not to mention how close it is to the center of the town and easy access to everything.
Great value hotel. Fantastic location. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help. And the hotel offers small canal trips with boat, recommend to do it after the great breakfast.
The stay was perfect. Tha staff was welcoming and atentive. Big thanks to Daniel, who handled the check in. He provided us with useful information. Also the ladys working the reception where wonderful. Our room was beutifull. Kids liked the bunk bed very much. Room was very clean, big thank you to Tetiana, who cleaned the room. The location of the hotel was excelent. Short walk to the beutiful city center. Big plus was play room for kids, also fitness and sauna free.
The extra thing worth mentioning was breakfast. I felt embaressed, that I had to draged out of the breakfast area by my own family. It was so delicious, I wanted more and more, but my family would not allow it. From silesian sausages, frankfurters, salmon, plentt of egg options, lots of sweets, my god, it was one of the best breakfast ever. Special props for mushrooms, I can still feel the taste in my mouth.

Great hotel. Great location. Regardless of the tram track nearby that someone mentioned. I am light sleeper and that was no issue for me. So don't listen to that.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
My only complaint was that breakfast was a bit chaotic. The main room was too small for its purpose. The other room that was set aside was a but lacking in comfort and amenities. Also, please leave some milks in the room for us tea drinkers.
Otherwise, great all round.
