The location was great, but the apartment was dirty, the furnishings were worn, and there weren't even any sheets (they were delivered on the second day of my stay after repeated requests). The heating only worked (I was there in November) in the bathroom. It was cold. I don't recommend it.
Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. There wasn't even soap in the room, and only enough toilet paper for one day. Furthermore, the door to the room didn't work for a while, which is unacceptable. The TV was a very old model, without Smart TV functionality – it looked like something from a dozen years ago. Considering the price of 950 PLN for two nights, the standard is definitely not commensurate with the cost. For that price, I expected much better conditions and basic amenities. I definitely don't recommend it – you can find much better hotels at this price.

My wife and two small children, ages 1 and 3, had the worst vacation of their lives there. From the start, there was no contact with the manager, and there was no hot water. The blinds were falling off the windows, and the balcony door wouldn't close properly. No one tried to fix it. The manager will surely say I was rude on the phone, and it's true. My lack of manners stemmed from the absolute rudeness of suggesting a solution: heating the water in a small oven! My children had to wash in freezing water, and no one did anything about it. The woman on the phone mockingly said that perhaps my wife wasn't smart enough to turn on the hot water. Finally, after calling, I received a message from Booking.com that Neptun Park claimed my card was already valid, even though the deposit and payment for the entire stay had been charged! They are pure frauds and extremely unserious people. I absolutely do not recommend staying here!
