Very good stay at Studio Scala Apartments. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out, good location, and reasonable price. Everything was smooth and convenient. Recommended!

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! This concerns an apartment in Nadmorze on Ignacego Krasickiego Street. I booked an apartment months in advance for five adults (including three with disabilities and a small child with her parents) for a three-night stay for my daughter's First Communion. On the day of check-in, I discovered the apartment was poorly cleaned, but most importantly, there was no electricity at all in the entire apartment (the freezer was full of water from thawed ice, which we cleaned up ourselves to prevent it from getting on their floors and neighbors). The IRS receptionist spent three hours trying to solve the problem... How? They sent someone to check the traffic jams... Around 6 PM, I received a message that the problem was unknown and that they were sending a relocation request to Booking. Booking would contact me. Since no one called me, and no one called me... after over an hour, I called the IRS emergency number available after 6 PM. And here's another "surprise." The insolent gentleman told me he didn't know anything, wasn't interested in my problem, could check the problem, but wouldn't help me because he didn't work for Booking, but for the IRS (remember, the one who messed up the apartment issue). In other words, the IRS didn't check if the apartment was fit for occupancy, and then washed their hands of it. As a result, I had to call Booking, book, and pay for a new apartment myself (an additional 3,000). My guests finally arrived at their new apartment at 10 PM after 7 hours of wandering around with their luggage. I ABSOLUTELY ADVISE AWAY FROM THE IRS and their properties. Maybe if everything is okay, everything will be fine, but if there are problems, they wash their hands of it and won't help you. They leave their customers in the lurch... I don't recommend even calling the emergency number after 6 p.m. if you don't want to get upset....

Avoid this place at all cost. We got scammed! Booked an apartment where a queen bed and a large twin bed were supposed to be. Instead we got a foldable couch and foldable bed which are in the same room as the kitchen. I still have back pain after a week. Horrible experience.
