I booked and paid for a room and after a few hours I received a notification that my reservation was cancelled because of overbooking so they decided to leave me on the streets especially on a very busy day when no other accommodation was available. 15/08/2025
I attended a wedding here and experienced exceptional 5-star service. The venue was beautiful and well-organized, with very accommodating staff and a late checkout option. The wedding food was both creative and delicious, with impeccable presentation and delivery—truly a 10 out of 10 for promptness and etiquette. I will definitely visit this place again. The location is also a highlight, situated right by the Baltic Sea, offering stunning views and extensive walking and biking paths.
The sea is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and it gives you an opportunity to see the sunrise every morning. The rooms come with complementary water, kettle, mini fridge and glasses, a drink or wine. Everything is clean at first glance.
The hotel location is perfect and that's all. The rest is far from being perfect. Car park when you book your room is free but when I arrived the receptionist informed me that all spaces are used and I have to park my car on public carpark and paid for it (a lot). The price for the hotel is irrelevant to what you will get. Air conditioning doesn't work 24h they switch it on and off. As this is apparently 4 stars hotel you would expect better standard maybe 20 years ago it was a nice place but definetly not now. Food ok but no allery adivce, no choice if you cannot eat e.g. gluten. For this kind of money I do not recommend this hotel only the location is nice.
I spent three nights as part of a conference held in the hotel. The staff are nice the rooms are big but there is a smell when you enter the room if the AC is not on. The food is not as great as you would expect . Location is very good 1 minute from the beach
