Staff and bellman were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great! Parking was easy as they have their own. The major downside is that this hotel should be showing a 3.5 to 4 star. It is definitely short of the 5 star rating. If you don’t mind that then it’s a good hotel to choose.
Lovely hotel. We didn’t eat in the hotel but room was very nice. Reception team helpful and the location is superb.
The hotel is situated in walking distance to Gdansk Old town with a great selection of restaurants and bars. We got a balcony room with a lovely view to the river and enjoyed the afternoons in the sun. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but it seemed in need of some renovation with a saggy couch and peeling wallpaper. We didn’t have time to try the spa, but would recommend the hotel both because of its location and friendly and helpful staff!
High quality hotel with English speaking staff. Interiour and inside: classical looking, classical style. Very clean, very neat. Staff works in uniform, lobby person is present. Location is at the water in an area where in the last ten years an huge impressive transformation has been taken place. Impressive to see. Breakfast: delicious with many choices, also plenty of fruit Elevator goes to 4th floor, 5th and 6th then accessible by stairs. An hotel to be with a smile

The location is outstanding — central yet peaceful, with everything within easy walking distance. It truly enhances the overall experience and makes exploring the city both convenient and enjoyable. The service was outstanding and elevated the stay even further. Late one evening, I visited the reception desk and was met with warm, professional, and attentive service. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me secure a last-minute nail appointment, handling everything smoothly and with genuine care. An absolute gem and a true asset to the hotel. Lovely spa on the fifth floor — calm, clean, and beautifully maintained. I was able to book a massage on very short notice, and the treatment itself was excellent: deeply relaxing and very professional. One small improvement would be clearer guidance beforehand regarding what to wear. Overall, a great spa experience. A beautifully run hotel that delivers both comfort and sophistication at a very high standard. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay.
