As soon as we entered boutiquehotel werdenfelserei we were greeted with free drinks and small pieces of cake. When we got to our room we realised it was only made for 2 people, not 3, so we went down and told reception to our surprise, they came up and sorted the problem in a matter of minutes. The scenery is stunning, and you can see the tallest mountain in germany. For me, the pool was the highlight but the breakfast is an amazing experience in itself. Would come back

It's hard to put into words how wonderful our 11 night stay was other than perfect! The hotel and area it's set in are fairytale perfect.Its modern but so tastefully done so it looks effortless. It's relaxing with stunning views and amazing spa and a wide range of foods at breakfast. It's set in the grounds of a stunning park and Garmisch is a few minutes walk away and is equally beautiful, with lots of restaurants to choose from and some shops. Our bedroom with the garden view was a really good choice in reflection and the rooms are lovely with the wooden,alpine theme rubbing throughout. There is lots to do in the area, with free buses but even better if you hire a car. I can't think if a complaint, only that in Garmisch wasps can be a bit of a pain, but that can't be helped. This is a 5 star hotel! Thank you

Seriously cannot say enough great things about this place. I’ve never felt so at home at a hotel. Everyone on staff was welcoming and amazing. When we checked in we were greeted with a choice of drink and some food. Our room was stunning and we loved the balcony. Perfect part of town. This hotel is a must stay for anyone traveling in the area who wants to stay in luxury and comfort. Pretty easy to get to by bus also, which is a major bonus for anyone who doesn’t want a car.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. Both the breakfast and lunch offerings were excellent, with a great variety and quality of food. An additional convenience was the hotel’s location near the Sixt rental car drop-off point—I rented a car in Munich and was able to return it just a 4–5 minute walk from the hotel, which made my travel experience much smoother. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
