What a beautiful place!
Very clean and organized. The staff are very nice and welcoming, and the location is great just a few minutes' walk to the city center and a couple of minutes to the station, which will take you straight to the highest mountain in Germany via the train and cable car.
We were quite disappointed considering the price we paid. Our first-floor room faced the train tracks, and the trains passed so close to the balcony that it honestly felt like passengers were part of the apartment. The noise was extremely difficult, running until around midnight and starting again at 5am, despite being told it stopped at 11pm. There was also no AC and no housekeeping during our stay.
The 3 stars are for the room itself, which was lovely, and especially the staff, who were genuinely kind and supportive. Unfortunately, with the train situation, we just didn’t feel the stay was worth the price.
Excellent stay! Prior to check-in, we reached out to them for a question on parking via WhatsApp which is super convenient, and they replied very quickly. Upon checking in, Lana escorted us to our room and explained all that we need to know about the room and our stay, as well as the guest card benefits. The staff are so kind and helpful for all our needs throughout our stay.
For your stay, just bring your own groceries and toiletries. Lidl grocery is just 5min walk away. Kitchen is well equipped with your cooking needs - they even have spices/ salt available. Also, bring extra laundry detergent if you expect more than two loads of washing (they provide 2 laundry detergent pods). Also readily available are dishwasher pods.

Beautiful apartment spotlessly clean, very well maintained, spacious and modern.
Great mountain view and lovely view of the trains, I loved it! Kids will love the trains!
Although close to the station it is completely quiet once you close the windows.
Balcony is large and you can get your coffee there in the morning or eat you meals.
Location is perfect - 1 minute from train and public transport, 4 minutes from Lidl supermarket and and minutes walk from Garmisch and from Partenkirchen centers.
Apartment is very well equipped - fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer (read manual online), coffee machine, wonderful shower with instant hot water all day.
