The Condo room was a good size, however, like EVERYTHING in this place, everything costs extra money. I asked for another pillow as there was only one skinny one per person, they wanted to charge me. Everything including the pool is extra, absolutely terrible experience because of this. You pay a significant cost for a room in a town that to be honest not worth visiting, the hotel is a mighty walk up hill no matter which way you come, kids entertainment is extra, water park is extra. Serious disappointment. Budget airline experience for business class prices. Owners should be ashamed of their business model, far from a great customer experience.

Hotel requires to buy a shoe before using the pool which is also chargeable for usage, and need a credit card inside to pay, can't even use the infinity pool loungers and they say need to pay to book them, dont offer toothpaste and toothbrush/bathroom basic amenities, and say its for the environment and ask to buy at convenience stall, but they still give plastic bottles, disposable cups, and slippers like hypocrites, also location is far from beach and walkway outside is closed, and need to drive out everytime
Very bad hotel they gave us a recommendation for a bad restaurant that was NOT shabu shabu and it was just awful
We got the rooms that were condo style so it had a kitchenette with some basic equipment. The room had two twin beds but also had a small room for those that choose to sleep on the ground with a mat. There was plenty of space for 2 people. Breakfast was good, 9/10. Something for everyone. The basement had a 7-11, restaurant, cafe/bakery, arcade, laundry, and a mini golf course. The mini golf course was closed to improvement. The laundry only had 2 washers and two dryers.
If you want to enjoy water activity and exploring the locals, this hotel meets the expectations. We, family 4 stayed 2 /3. One day we explored the trails around the building and discovered the direct way to the Sokcho public beach and also the way to the fishing town. Both trails are well made and have a spectacular view. Infinite pool is offered for the guests freely to use. However it wouldn't be so easy to find where. Somehow it was found in an unusual way through the water park. Towels and beach chairs were rented, not free. Rooms are huge with a kitchen and all the kitchenware besides Microwave. On the last day we found out we did not need to call the tax to get to the express bus terminal, where you can walk along the public beach for about 15-20 mins. Downside was they only equipped small towels in such a large bathroom and 3 pm all together check-in.
