Very spacious, clean, friendly staff, close to several restaurants. For a four star hotel, this is every penny

I dropped by this hotel a couple of times for animal feeding, but this is the first stay with my kids. The room condition is decent though the interior is a bit obsolete. The main charms, however, are the very spacious French Garden and the friendly animal farm. Love to stay here doing activities like animal feeding, swimming, and kids playground. I would recommend this hotel especially for families with youngsters:)
The hotel was full of kids as the hotel has a kids' cafe and a pool. That is not a problem. The problem was not having hot water in the bathroom sink, shower and tub. We called the front desk and they told us to turn on all the hot water faucets and wait for an hour. What a waste. The room was heated very well. Parking was ample. Breakfast was good. They need to move the noodle bar to the end as everyone wants it and people are not moving from the beginning. Something to think about for the hotel management.
We booked a Deluxe Family Room for four people. The price seemed reasonable at first, but several issues became apparent: The room was uncomfortably warm even with the heating turned off, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Loud music started playing through the speakers around 7 a.m., waking everyone up. The prepaid breakfast was not available, and although it was booked for two people, we were charged for four. The room was automatically set to “Do Not Disturb,” so housekeeping couldn’t be requested. The safe didn’t work because it had no batteries. The “rich” continental breakfast was disappointing – no ham/jam/cereals and very limited options(~20 USD for adults). The bathroom had no window and no ventilation system. The “large” bed was only about 180 cm wide, far too narrow for two adults (and a child). As another reviewer mentioned, you have to pay extra for almost everything. Only the room rate itself was acceptable, so two stars. Overall, poor value for money.
This hotel is a bit insane when it comes to pricing You have to pay FOR EVERYTHING. We paid for extra blankets, towels, swimming pool, sauna and kids cafe. What's the point of having facilities if nothing is free? This is not a 5 star hotel. And it's not cheap either. 20 dollars per night for blankets. 50 dollars for swimming pool. 200 dollars to have a BBQ in tents outside. This is just too much especially because this place is super old and smelly and rooms look like they haven't been maintained since 1980s. Food is not good either. There are barely any other food choices around this area so most people just end up eating out of a convenience store. Probably one of the worst '5star' hotels in Korea
