I liked the mattress, but the cleaning... I think you really need to pay attention to it. They only clean the room if you stay for 3 nights or longer; for shorter stays, they charge extra. They also charge extra for towels, and the door frame was full of dead bugs... and there was hair on the floor. And the elevator was the worst!!! It was scary going up and down... It's set up in a strange way, so you need to factor in at least 10 minutes per use when calculating your time. Haha;;;

This accommodation truly made for the worst trip. When I checked into the room, there were leftover food scraps and instant ramen cups in the trash can, and the water in the refrigerator was mixed with open bottles... There was a lot of talk about the cleaning quality being hit or miss here, and I had a hunch, but I ended up getting it. T.T I did manage to change rooms after complaining, but... there were water bottle caps under the bed and hair everywhere... It was obvious they only cleaned the visible areas to pretend. So I just decided this was the standard here and put up with it. But the problem was, right after dinner, as soon as I got back to the room and was getting ready to take a shower, the doorbell suddenly rang. When I went out, they told me there was a noise complaint from a neighboring room and asked us to be quiet. Absurd! We had just arrived and only exchanged a few words—that was all—and they claimed that was loud? Check the time we entered the parking lot. It hadn't even been five minutes. I was so annoyed. Did we yell at them? We were just having a normal conversation, talking about how dinner went, etc... But they claim that's loud? I realized later that the soundproofing here is truly the worst. When the people in the next room talk, it echoes with a low hum. If someone drags a table upstairs, it sounds incredibly loud. The problem is, the hotel couldn't have been completely unaware of these issues, but the fact that they came right over and told us to be quiet just because a complaint had been filed really pissed me off!!!! It's also ridiculous that the people who filed the complaint protested less than five minutes after it was filed. But it didn't end there. I kept hearing the sound of dripping water while trying to sleep in the middle of the night. I wondered what was going on, so I looked for the cause... and it turned out the sound was coming from inside the freezer motor. Ugh...........--;;;;;;; Seriously the worst. The front desk isn't open from midnight to 7 AM. I have no way to complain, and I can't sleep... I'm going crazy. I really wanted a refund.

I think this hotel is pretty good and clean and there are plenty of 7Elevens downstairs.I don’t know why the ratings are so bad

The room is spacious. The toilet is modern, using buttons to operate it. But there is no restaurant here, so i don’t get breakfast. There is minimarket inside the hotel lobby, and there are some popup games you could play there. The view is excellent because the view is the beach. The customer service could not use english well. Quite difficult to communicate.
