Dianna provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear she cares about providing excellent customer service. The check in process was quick and attentive, and for any of my request, I got a quick response thanks to the receptionist Shenell, Jorgelis, Yelenis, Jomar, Navil, Mariangel. Also the restaurant buffet was kept clean and the workers were very welcoming and attentive. The room was also clean, but it just needs a little more maintenance.
Radisson Hotel is a nice hotel. Free breakfast. Big rooms. Amenities working well. Now for the cons, No microwave in the rooms. Expensive laundry service since floors are lacking washing machine or Ice machines. Overall no a bad experience just little things
Diana was the greatest when sitting in the lounge are. She was always there to conversation and have quick service. The servers in the Drake restaurant were equally amazing. You finish a plate and blink, and you plate is already gone and ready for you to get something else.
Great hotel right by the water. A small mall is right across the street along with a very convenient supermarket. Service is excellent…Javier was very helpful in getting us settled in.
