We booked (admittedly last minute) and booking confirmed but with no comms form provider we eventually found out they were fully booked booked for months ahead. Clearly haven’t updated system that links to viator

From Manchester, UK and visited Tangalle. To properly experience the area, we thought best to rent a moped and therefore we requested a scooter for the day to explore from here, partially due to the reviews. We hoped to have a reliable, modern scooter but in reality, a scooter never even turned up. $12 down, no scooter, no response from the operator and no refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! And after being ignored by this company, we found a local provider outside the hotel that charged $5 a day! Lesson to be taken, don’t trust what’s on the internet or the reviews, go out there and get locally!

Jan rented us a good scooter plus helmets monthly, and helped us find a really lovely house for long-term rent in Tangalle. Jan is incredibly friendly, helpful, replies super quickly and speaks excellent English. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Jan!

Awesome scooters, very quick with the drop off. Make sure you make photo's at the delivery so there are no problems. Gas was no problem I got enough qr codes. And scooters we're fast.

I highly recommend renting scooters from Jan, or planning trips with him, he is a great person. Not only that he helped us with anything we needed, but he was super kind and showed great interest in providing information/tips for our travel. A fabulous experience! Jan was quick to reply, answer all our questions and book via WhatsApp and TransferWise - which made it so easy! He also came quickly to help us out when we ran out of petrol 😂 We were initially a bit scared of driving in Sri Lanka because of what people tell you but we found it to be the opposite, all drivers give you plenty of space and respect you are a tourist. The bikes where in good condition and easy to drive. I would advise future tourists to apply for the Sri Lankan driving liscence before the travel as the UK liscence isn’t officially accepted.

We rented 2 bikes for a month and are happy with the service we received.bikes are in good condition. Newer models. Had an issue with locked key in the seat compartment which was resolved by the agency within half an hour. Very reliable and honest bike renter. Pleasure to do business

We had an amazing trip in Sri Lanka, with the great help of Jan! We hired taxi services, tuk tuk rental and safari trip with him and we are rrally happy with the quality of service! Good and reliable bikes and Tusker is a really great guy. We got heled up at a raestraunt and returned the bikes a little late. Tisker was understanding and did not charge is extra. Would recommend for anyone to use.

We were based in Tangalle and Jan and the Tusker guys helped me rent a tuk-tuk and organised a trip to Yala National Park and an airport ride.... the service was exactly how it should be, the cars were comfortable and clean and their price was reasonable. We rented a Scooter in Tangalle for one week. Jan has nice & clean Scooters in a good shape and very fair prices. His service was excellent: he brought us the Scooter to our hotel and explained very well. As one of the helmets didn‘t fit (too big) he went to buy a new one, without any additional costs for us. This is really outstanding. Jan was always replying very fast (WhatsApp), was always on time and very professional. We can highly recommend to rent a Scooter there. He offers also tours (Safari,..) which we didn‘t do as we needed some relaxing days without moving too much. But for next time, we would absolutely go to him, as he is a nice guy you can trust.

We had such a good time on this trip. We went with Jan by tuktuk from Tangalle to Udawalawe park. He gave us local snacks and water. When we arrived the jeep was waiting for us and we went inside the park. We saw a lot of elephants, a few no more than 3 meters away. Also he pointed out some special birds, we saw a small crocodile, water buffaloes, peacocks and a snake. Thanks again for this experience. Totally recommend.

Tusker is such a Nice and professionel guy! I booked a Safari tour with him, and he came pick me up and even droped me of in dickwilla without ekstra charge. The Day before the trip he picked me up by scooter and drove me to my new hostel, showed me different places in Tangalle and drove me to the Beach! I would give him 10 stars if possible!

Jan and he’s team were very friendly and accommodating. My friends and I hired 3 scooters for 3 days. He was happy to deliver the scooters to our hotel in Talalla and then arranged to have the scooters picked up from Bentota (100kms form Talalla) he also helped us arrange a private car to the airport. His service is second to none and made everything easy. We were never pressured and provided us with great scooters and helmets. Pricing is more than reasonable and communication is great. We took Tusker Tours for a tuktuk ride to the turtle beach in Tangalle. While waiting on the beach it was nice spending time with him. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any turtles that night - but that is of course not his fault! The next day, we asked him for a ride from Tangalle to Mirissa and he took us there for a reasonable price and also showed us some nice spots on the way. We really had a good time!

Day one we booked day trip around tangalle early morning first we start to explore local fish market and boat yard , then local fruit & vegetable market ,we brought fresh sea food and vegetable .jan take us his home and learn us how to make it srilankan way .its was soo good Day two Its , after one day we booked him again to explore down south and tea plantation , he tuk us galle dutch port and specially hadungoda tea plantation .also we sow stick fisherman/ dondara light house / big buddha place and two pet elephant .we stay untill sun set on port .its amazing view .he explain lots about local culture and sights Finally we booked him to drop us airport Thank you every thing and help us to explore local culture .tusker sri lanka tour is the best travel partner and we will tell our friends to go there
