We stayed for a night at this beautiful little hotel before our trip around Sri Lanka began and it was an amazing experience. All the stuff ist absolutly friendly and polite and the view for breakfast and dinner is breathtaking. Highly recommanded!
We enjoyed our 2 nights at Lady Hill. Greeted on arruval with cold pack and flowers, everything explained, staff were very polite and attentive with our needs with a smile. Room was beautiful. Definitely recommend
Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool is very clean and the restaurant is amazing aswell with a great view.
The only issue we had was with the A/C leaking in the first room we got; once I raised the issue to the front desk they swiftly changed out rooms, but that room had low water pressure and the A/C swing don’t work, which wasn’t a big issue for us, which is why I gave 4 starts instead of 5. The bathrooms are quite small and the ceilings are pretty low aswell, but still clean. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely come back again.
We booked 3 nights at The Lady Hill Hotel and were delighted with our choice. The hotel has great views over Galle and countryside. The rooftop restaurant catches the breezes and has a delicious breakfast. We also had a good light lunch and dinner during our stay. The pool is welcome too for a relaxing dip. There is a therapy spa though we did not use it. The staff were wonderful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Galle Fort - and a quick tuk tuk ride back up the hill!
We had a family of 5 stay for one night on return from Yala/Udawalawe park safaris. The hotel is a charming former residence built in 1790 at the top location overlooking Galle and the sea. The rooms were comfortable but compact. The restaurant at the top floor had superb views over the city and sea. Breakfast was made to order rather than buffet. The staff were excellent, polite and responsive, especially Sanjana and Chamishka at reception, Thushara as duty manager, Enoka and Manduranga on service at the restaurant. There was a pool at the front of the property, which was clean and provided a refreshing swim for hot days.
