About Activity
A short navigation brings the yacht to North Seymour Island, one of the Galápagos' richest wildlife-viewing sites despite its modest size. A guided walk along the island's rocky trails reveals large colonies of blue-footed boobies performing their distinctive courtship dance, alongside frigatebirds inflating their striking red throat pouches during mating season. Sea lions doze along the shoreline while land iguanas, introduced decades ago, move steadily through the dry vegetation. The excursion continues to Bachas Beach on Santa Cruz's northern coast, where soft white sand meets calm turquoise water — a favorite nesting site for sea turtles and a peaceful spot to swim or snorkel among rays and tropical fish before returning to the yacht.
