Collecting them from the shop at Füssen Train Station was quick and easy, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Booking our Neuschwanstein Castle tickets was easy and straightforward. We only saw a handful of rooms. I was expecting to see more and learn more. Wasn’t worth the money and do not recommend..

Make sure to allow plenty of time. We couldn’t find parking spaces for our two vans and luckily we dropped most of our family off near the shuttle while we continued to yet another parking area. And the drivers and navigators MISSED the tours.

From booking to ticket pick up to the tour everything was smooth and easy to navigate. The tour did get changed to am earlier time of day and with our train coming in only 45 minutes before the tour started we were a little nervous. But Josh allowed us to pick up tickets and we took a taxi to the base of neuschwanstein- made it with plenty of time to spare! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone - we enjoyed the audio guided aspect and being able to see the castle!

I was nervous about booking this tour with a second party, as I have been burned before, however this experience went perfectly. The pick up location was accurate and the tour was accurate. We enjoyed this tour very much. We even had a private tour guide who spoke perfect English.

We have had very good experiences with booking our tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle. The pickup at the shop right at the Füssen train station was fast and uncomplicated, and the location could hardly have been more practical. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly, including how to get to the castle. The entire process was simple, well-organized, and saved us a lot of effort. A really convenient way to plan a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle. Absolutely recommended!

We picked up our tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle directly at the Füssen train station. The employees were very friendly, the whole process was simple and we received all the necessary information. I would definitely use this service again!

Neuschwanstein was a real highlight; the castle is worth every minute. All the more annoying what happened around it. I paid €140 at Vialto for 2 adults and 2 children. The official ticket price is €21.50 per adult; children are free. That results in pure admission costs of €43. The remaining €97 is a markup for passing on a ticket that you can get directly from the operator for just under a third of the price. Admittedly: The booking itself went smoothly, and anyone who does not (or no longer) have the time for the official route will get a working ticket here. But a price markup of over 225% is not a service fee, but simply excessive, especially since the breakdown was not transparent in advance. Vialto once and never again. My advice: Book tickets at least 1-2 months in advance directly through the official site and rather invest the money saved in a good meal with a view of the mountains.

Excursion with family and the day was saved by the pre-booked tickets. We did not want to take the risk of arriving without tickets.

FRAUD! Middleman who sells time slots that they do not even possess. We were moved on short notice to an earlier slot that we could not possibly reach. Rebooking or refunds were also flatly excluded with a reference to the fine print.
