Hotel Tanneck

We had a wonderful time at your hotel. As you look for improvements my suggestions would be two: we were guests during the really hot days and I think you should have adapted the fitness program to the heat. You could have done the water gymnastics later and then Nordic walking earlier in the day. I also think you need an air-conditioning unit for the fitness room. What I would have appreciated as well would have been something like concierge offers of entertainment like a program for the concerts and the possibility to purchase tickets directly from the Hotel. Maybe some excursion offers would also have been a nice addition. Basically, we were more than happy with our day and especially enjoyed the really nice attitude of everybody working at Hotel Tanneck.

Talk about a fabulous experience we were here the first time in Germany and 100% will be returning with friends and family. Enjoy every aspect of this beautiful hotel, including the breakfast, dining and the night life at the lobby bar with fantastic hostess Ben Moula.Giving us a great time and friendly vibe. Lots of laughs and enjoyed him giving us knowledge about this wonderful hotel. The rooms are refreshed and modern. The food has a great variety to choose from and the chose of wine recommendation from Ben Moula was exceptional.. Julia was the perfect reception and accommodating to all our needs in a timely manor. While eating in diner the view and grounds are lovely to walk. Thanks to all the Tanneck Team we will be back! 100% recommended.

Great week long stay at this amazing hotel. Staff is very kind and accommodating. I had dropped my wedding band down the drain in my bathroom and went to front desk upset and distraught. I was treated with genuine kindness by staff. They had the maintenance worker retrieve my ring immediately. Every morning we had breakfast at the restaurant onsite, one of the best buffets I’ve had! The spa and pools are very nice and clean. Ben Moula who is the restaurant manager went out of his way to make us feel like friends. His bartender skills are made, his comedic ways are on point. I cannot say enough good! Thank you!

Wonderful time at the Hotel Tanneck! Visited the bar nightly and the staff was amazing and accommodating. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff was amazing and went out of the way for every thing we needed ! We had a great time talking to Ben Moula and he was very friendly!!! Would stay here again on our next visit!
