Our go to hotel when we stay in Kempten and we’ve now visited 11 times in 7 years. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. The staff are always friendly and very professional. Also great communication when booking. The breakfast is a highlight as there’s always so much choice and the coffee is good. If there’s one thing I could change it would be the pillows as the bed is always comfortable but the pillows are not great.

The hotel is great, but the contract with WizzAir and their room booking process are not worth discussing. Many people have complained about the sharing rooms with strangers. Unacceptable!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel at Kempten on my last trip to Germany from India. The hotel has an amazing vibrant look both from the outside and the inside. It is situated on the main road just opposite to the famous Forum mall. The rooms of the hotel have a decent look with two single beds joined together. The bed was little small even after joining but was comfortable at the end. The washroom is small but very neat and clean with the necessary toiletries present over there. The service of the house keeping is appreciable. They have a nicely decorated big restaurant. The buffet breakfast is well managed with a wide variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. We had a corporate event of two days from our ofise at this hotel. They have a nice bar as well. They also have a nice conference room with a good facility of snacks and drinks. The conference room was quite big for a strength of around 40 people and time to time the same was attended by the house keeping staff for re filling waters, snacks etc which is appreciable. Overall behaviour of the staff members was professional and cordial at the same time. It has a very nice view from the reception as well as from the rooms. They also have a small gymnasium at the ground floor of the hotel which has some basic instruments with a good washroom and change room. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here at Kempten.

Another great stay at this modern Hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great bathrooms, the shower was sublime. The shopping centre is just across the street and tou can walk all the way down the same road to the centre of the town. I had one dinner in Musics restaurant and the food was top quality. All the staff are really chatty and helpful. I had a great stay
