Good hotel. For a basic room, it was very nicely designed and very comfortable for a stopover. We also stayed for one day to explore the surrounding area and visited some beautiful castles. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés in the city centre.
A big plus is the parking garage, where you can easily park your car. The parking garage does cost extra per night, but it is very convenient. Another great feature is the possibility of charging an electric vehicle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is fully air-conditioned and offers covered parking for €9 per day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, there were a couple of minor issues. The shampoo and liquid soap dispensers were difficult to use because they required a lot of pressure to dispense the liquid. Also, the refrigerator in the room barely worked. It wasn't possible to adjust the temperature, and it never got properly cold.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but these small improvements would make the experience even better.
We stayed here just for a quick stopover, and had a good rest here. It was clean and I loved that they had everything that you could need. If you’re driving here, just a note that you should check in first so that you can get a key card to the carpark provided!
We checked in pretty late, about 10pm and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
One star less because one receptionist girl was not really welcoming us: no smile, no intro to the town, not giving tips on local amenities, nothing. Just want to check you in and out. I felt her attitude was a little rude even. The hotel itself was very good!
Like most Best Westerns it is modern, clean, and well designed. A good location in the town. But what “makes” a hotel are the people and Reba is an exemplary example of how it’s done, absolute customer service. Welcoming (we were tired having biked some distance in the heat), helpful and informative spending the extra time to assist us find our way (buses, Neuschwanstein, etc). Well done.
