Do not pick this “tour.” The booking code did not open the tour in the app and there was no way to do it. There was an option that said “speak to a Human” for help with app but it was just a link to send an email that was never answered. There was no tour and no response ever to the email for help. I should get a full refund because I paid for nothing at all.
What a great way to explore a city! We spent a very enjoyable 2 hours on the quest looking for clues and following the trail. Highly recommended by us.
Fun cheap experience to do with your kid, get to see around while finding the spots and get to exercise too to walk about 2 hours 😊 a little hard to find one spot but it was good after all.
Great experience for a first timer! We came into the city not knowing what we should do and found this activity. It was very fun and exposed us to some very neat parts of the city.
The challenges were engaging. We loved the path that led us throughout the area and the historical information about each location. We probably looked like crazy people, literally running around doing the challenges but it was so us and we loved it. It also allowed us to make pit stops for food and snacks since it was self guided.
I bought this, and when i tried to connect to play and look around Frankfurt, it wouldn't work. Tried contacting support, they were helpful, but the game still said it had been used. Wasted my money and gave up trying

Our family had a lot of fun with this app and learned some interesting facts about Frankfurt that we would not have learned otherwise. It was a great way to see the city and learn things along the way.
It was just amazing. I would recommend it to those who want to explore unknown cities. I had lots of fun and I was also able to gain new knowledge through this app. I wanted to find out more about Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Even though I've lived here for a year, it was still challenging for me to solve these tasks, which was so much fun. I have also recommended it to my friends. I am simply thrilled.

This game was a fun way to see the Old City at our own pace. The sites were good and some of them were not places we would have made it to otherwise. Shares some great views of town.
This was a frustrating experience. We had hoped for a good way to see the city but we were confused by the questions. We ended up getting bored after a few stops and quitting the game. We preferred to walk looking around rather than trying to decipher clues. It was good in that it brought us to an interesting part of the city but the game was not for us.
We liked walking around Frankfurt and learning bits of history. But to be honest, that was the only positive point. The game was way too easy (extremely easy codes to crack, took us less than 1-2 min per challenge), probable suitable for 12-year-old children but would not recommend for above. The scenario was ok, but not developed enough. The whole thing left us quite unsatisfied, especially considering that it costed 20 euros... Would really not recommend. I'm very surprised the game has only 5 stars.

We loved exploring old town at our own pace. I thought our kids, 7 & 9, would be more interested in searching for the clues, but dad & I did all the work and they came along for the ride. We got to see the major spots while learning a bit of history too.
We had fun, especially my husband who was hesitant at first! My daughter made a great recommendation; she had expected, on completion, an in app award, and suggested the developper create activity/city based “badges” to encourage players to take on new quests. Saw things we never would have sought out and enjoyed them more than the things we knew we wanted to see! Would definitely do this again!
My wife and I had an awesome afternoon completing this quest, it was a ton of fun. We learned a lot about the local history and saw many interesting sights during the game
Great app for exploring new cities in fun way. The story was interesting, tasks were well prepared, not too hard but also not too easy.

I absolutely loved this game, it took me to parts of Frankfurt that I hadn't seen and probably wouldn't have even noticed had it not been for the game and interesting facts contained throughout. I will keep the app and search for Questo games every time I reach a new city to see if there are any more I can play! My only regret is that I did speed through a few bits as I was concerned I would take too long to finish on the day I flew out but I finished in exactly 89 minutes so could have factored another half an hour to "smell the roses" en route
What an incredible way to explore and learn about a city. This was so engaging, fun, and unique. Absolutely the coolest way to explore a new city. We had fun along the way. Stopped for drinks and snacks and went at our own pace. Will do again.
We really enjoyed this way of sightseeing through old town Frankfurt! The clues were hidden in an interesting historic storyline, and walked through areas and highlights of the town. We are a family of three (with an 11year old) and I think it was engaging for him to sightsee and learn some history this way. We all learned and enjoyed!

Took us a while to work out which app to use and how but once we got going 3 generations had a fabulous time exploring Frankfurt and learning about it's history. The clues and storyline kept the kids engaged really well and it was good to be able to go at our own pace.
This was such a fun tour/exploration game! It took us all over old city, and we loved solving the little puzzles along the way. Actually, we loved it so much we booked a second one in a different city for later in our vacation. I was concerned that the tour would be very easy or cheesy, but it wasn’t like that at all. You had to go to the places to figure out the answers, so it could entertain a group of adults or a family with young kids all the same.

Meine Frau hat diese selbstgeführte Stadtführung für unsere Familienreise nach Frankfurt anhand von Bewertungen ausgesucht. Die Einrichtung der Apps war sehr unübersichtlich. Zuerst wird verlangt Viator App zu installieren, obwohl es überhaupt nicht nötig sei. Über diese App wird die selbstgeführte Tour nur gebucht. Die kann man auch über die Viator Seite Buchen. Dann erhält man eine Buchungsbestätigung mit dem Link, wo man Ticket runterladen kann. Erst bei genauen durchlesen des Tickets wird klar, dass eine andere App für die Stadtführung benötigt wird - Questo App. Das Prozedere mit dem Registrieren und Einrichten ist eine Herausvorderung, selbst für technisch versierten. Es hat geklappt, dann aber Enttäuschung. Es ist eher ein Rätselspiel, als eine Stadtführung. Rausgeschmissenes Geld.... Nichts für die Familien mit Kindern.
The story took place in the 15th century and the wanted persons were from the 18th + 19th century?? That irritated and didn't really fit. Well, and for a group of adults it was "too easy," we expected tricky tasks. But the explanations to the places was well done and informative, hence 3 points.
Fun way to learn about the history and some of the places in the city! Easy to install and load, we (group of 5) definitely had fun!
Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben so viel über die Stadt erfahren. Wir haben uns Zeit gelassen, waren dazwischen im Struwwelpetermuseum und haben alles in allem so 3,5 std verbracht - mit 2 Kids (7,10jahre)! Wir konnten alle Rätsel lösen- der Weg funktioniert!
Die Rätsel waren viel zu leicht und teilweise lösbar, ohne vor Ort zu sein. Enttäuscht weil keine Rätselfreude…

Great scavenger hunt 😉. Even our grumbling teenager took a liking to fidgeting. 👍 Some tasks weren’t that easy.
The game was incredibly fun. Since it was very hot on our exploration we had of course taken longer than predetermined. We just took our time. As long as it was fun.
