Just spent 5 amazing days at this hotel and honestly, no complaints! Everything was super clean, the staff were so friendly the whole time, and the location was perfect — just a short trip from the city center. Breakfast was a nice bonus too. Would 100% recommend

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, it was in a quiet street but close to everything. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean, and the view was amazing (which was a big surprise for me). The AC worked well, so the room temperature was very comfortable. In general it was surprisingly good!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and overall, my experience was positive. However, there was a significant issue that affected my stay: the lack of hot water for showering. The staff explained that there was a technical issue, which I understand can happen. However, as a paying guest, I expect the amenities included in the room rate to be available. In this case, the lack of hot water was a fundamental aspect of my stay that was not met. I attempted to discuss this issue with the manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I would have appreciated some form of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
