The room we had was not the same as photographed and advertised online. Especially the bathroom was very dated. We complained at the reception but they only smiled and said it had just been renovated in 2003…… The only thing they did was offering an upgrade for 50 euro per room per night. The room has a nice view if you like industrial roofs. You can not see the trains passing by but you will certainly hear them
Had a 30-minute stop here before my train arrived and had a delicious espresso macchiato and some cheese with bread. My friend got a hot chocolate with the banana cake which he claimed to be delicious. Great service, really friendly, and the food was amazing. A bit expensive but generally a good experience
Wonderful hotel and restaurant. We came across by accident while walking. Stopped there for a lunch and decided to ask for a room. We had a dinner as well and all was super nice. Comfortable clean rooms and excellent restaurant. Staff is really nice and the family also owns a vineyard where they make delicious wine, also served at the restaurant.
Wonderful hotel a short train hop from Cochem. This hotel is THE place to be in this town. Large dining room appeared to be hosting the entire population of the area when we were there. We were lucky to be placed in a room with a gorgeous balcony view of the Mosel river and surrounding village. Highly recommend. Large locked garage for bikes as well.
Very beautiful preserved family hotel. It has a vintage and modern feeling. Excellent friendly service. Wellness area is clean and inviting after a nice sightseeing day an der Mösel. Convenient location, just few steps across the train station Treis Karden. Delicious breakfast and menu at the restaurant. Elegant ambience. High standards price.
