This was my second or third time at the Residence Inn Frankfurt City Center. I usually switch between here and the Moxy next door (I've stayed across both properties about 7 or 8 times total), but this one-night stay with my partner really stood out above the rest. Outstanding Service: A special thank you to Pietro at the front desk! My partner has specific needs, and Pietro went out of his way to find us a room that accommodated us perfectly. My partner absolutely loved it, and that personal touch made a huge difference for our stay. Prime Location: You can't beat the spot. The pedestrian shopping street is just a 2 to 3-minute walk away, the MyZeil shopping mall is right next door, and Römerberg is an easy 10-minute stroll. Great Value: Even for a short stay, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. Combined with the spacious rooms and unbeatable central location, it offers fantastic value for money. I'm so glad we chose to stay here again, and we will definitely keep coming back!

I stayed at the Residence Inn Frankfurt City Centre for work related travel and the location was the biggest highlight. The hotel is in an incredibly walkable area just minutes from MyZeil mall, Galeria, Römerberg in the Old Town, the Frankfurt Opera, Frankfurt Cathedral, and the beautifully restored Kaffehaus Goldene Waage for some Frankfurt Krantz. It made sightseeing extremely easy. There are plenty of restaurants in every direction from casual cafés to international dining, so finding good food was never a problem. The hotel itself was comfortable, quiet, and convenient for a multi‑day stay. Overall, a great choice if you want to explore Frankfurt on foot and stay close to both historic and modern attractions.
A solid and no expensive option. Really liked the rooms, they are equipped to handle anything: from cooking (there is a stove!) to ironing, from watching TV to having all sorts of cutlery and having packs coffee and tea to choose from. Very good location (right next to the tower), pleasant service. The only downside is the breakfast - a bit too basic, but no means bad.
Frankfurt's Residence Inn has got a lot to love! 😊 Room was spacious and functional, with a nice touch of modern design - loved the concrete wall feature. Carpet was fairly clean, and the strong shower with unlimited hot water was a bliss. Toilet was spacious, added to the comfort. The sofa was comfy, perfect spot to chill, though TV positioning could've been better. The desk area was a nice workspace, and the late check-out till 2pm was a sweet surprise for our late arrival. Corridor had a handy water refill machine, and safety features like card access to the main lobby after 11pm only added to the comfort. Gym and sauna were nice perks, luggage storage service was safe and easy to use. One blemish was breakfast - mediocre at best, coffee was okay, and tables weren't cleaned often enough, felt understaffed. Stayed 1 night and would def stay again - super convenient location to train station, food, Old Town, and luxury shopping, all within walking distance. Huge value in terms of what you pay for 👍 Marriott de bonveyyyyyy away!!
Helpful friendly staff, who also spoke English which was helpful. Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Having a kitchenette was a great bonus (including fridge, kettle, microwave, hob and even dishwasher!). Bed was large and comfortable. To access the floors with rooms, you had to scan key card in lift to be able to access floors, which I thought was good for security. Air con in the room and huge window (part of it could be opened to allow fresh air in). Breakfast was okay (as a Brit though there wasn't any hot food that was to my personal liking but that’s a matter of taste). But plenty of other options like pastries and bread options, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, drinks etc. Cannot comment on gym facilities as did not use. One evening we went for a drink in the bar in the connecting hotel which was nice. Our flight home was not until the evening, but the reception desk happily held our luggage for us so we could explore Frankfurt for a final few hours before returning to collect. Lounge area available where you can chill with board games. Definitely recommend. Rooms match the images online.
