Relexa Hotel Frankfurt/ Main

Very near our supplier location, so perfect for me! The rooms don’t have air conditioning - at least mine wasn’t. But I was provided with a fan and I slept well. It’s a typical business hotel. The staff is very courteous. The breakfast spread is good.

Stayed there on a weekend. No spa staff at all. Massages offered but when we got there we were told the massage person went on vacation so, so sorry. Here's an idea, hire someone to fill in. The spa facilities were nice but as I said no staff at all. Seemed like the spa after the zombie apocalypse and no one survived. The gym was a closet with a tred and some dumbells. A luxury hotel where they are too short staffed to be luxurious. Front desk was helpful. Cafeteria has odd hours Bar was okay

I had some issues with my key - couldn’t open the door at the check out and came late to my appointment. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - scrambled egg, poultry and Bircher yogurt were both fresh. I gave my feedback to the chief and hope they will take it into account

I have never heard about relaxa hotel before but given the high rating on booking I decided to give it a try. The rate in booking was lower than the one I was told on the phone when I called the hotel . The room was spacious and very clean . The bed mattress hard as I like and very comfortable duvet. Bathroom was clean and functional. Safe and refrigerator was also in the room as well as a hair dryer . The breakfast was the most amazing part. It had a lot of variety and the atmosphere of the dining room was gorgeous . All in all a very good choice . The parking is not free and costs 16 eur per day . You may find outdoor parking but I couldn’t find any. There was public transportation in walking distance but I didn’t take it . You can easily leave your car and take the tramway to go to city center . Google said it should be a 30 min ride with U2 but I couldn’t verify this. All in all a very good experience for someone who doesn’t want to stay in very center of the city.
