Location is good. Right in the heart of the city 500mtrs from the railway station. Lot of restaurants around including many Indian stores. Ramada by Wyndham expected a better room styling but was just OK. I stayed for an ovenite due to early flight so was OK Interiors were slightly disappointing.

Rooms are not big but they do the job. Good for friends or a solo trip. Not recommended with Family. Service and peaple at reception are cold, least interested to give you any info.
I chose this hotel for the location and price. It’s near the train station and the few attractions in Frankfurt, like Alte Oper and Old Tower. I didn’t have a problem with the staff at front desk. The wifi worked well. A big issue for me is that lighting is so dim, especially in the bathroom. I had issues trying to arrange my hair in the morning because of the poor lighting. I just couldn’t see as clearly as I wanted to. During the daytime, the natural sunlight from outside will come in the bathroom, which can brighten the room. But if you use the bathroom outside of daytime hours (eg night or early morning), it’s too dark to do good makeup or hair styling They put 1 large towel in my room and 2 smaller ones. I wish they put 2 large towels. The bed also had just 1 small pillow. I wish it had 3 or 4. And lastly - the toilet looks gross. It’s discolored in places. In my room, the brush next to the toilet still had pieces of wet towel paper all over it, which seriously grossed me out when I looked at it
This hotel claims to be a four-star property with multiple branches worldwide, and we usually stay at this brand. However, this particular branch has completely let us down. It is extremely pathetic and nowhere near a four-star standard. From the moment I entered, I did not feel comfortable at all. The entire environment feels suffocating—I honestly just feel like my time should pass quickly so I can leave this place as soon as possible. Cleanliness is a major issue here. The room did not seem properly prepared at all, as if housekeeping didn’t do their job. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with visible yellow stains, stagnant water, and even algae buildup, which is completely unacceptable. Even the shower area was left unclean. It genuinely felt like the room wasn’t ready for a guest. I even made several requests at the reception, politely asking for help, but they were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Having a reception is pointless if they don’t assist guests at all. On top of that, the rooms are very congested and poorly designed. It feels suffocating staying inside. The lighting is also very uncomfortable and gives off a strange, unpleasant vibe. The noise levels are another huge problem. It is impossible to relax or sleep peacefully here. You can clearly hear loud door slamming and outside noise inside your room, which makes it even more frustrating after traveling from far away. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or a peaceful stay. If you are traveling a long distance, do yourself a favor and book a better place, this one will only ruin your experience
No way this is a 3 star hotel. 2 stars at best. I had the misfortune of staying for 2 weeks and I gave up asking for things to be fixed because staff just ignored me. Reported the hotel to the local fire service due to non compliance after telling staff 5 times that the room must have a smoke detector.
