Far away from 4 stars hotel. Dirty room. Elevator not functioning 4 days out of 10. I was at 6th floor. Breakfast quite far away for 4 stars hotel standards. Stay away if you can.

Hello, I spent 4 nights in the Hotel at the 6th floor without lift!! Every day the hotel promised the lift would be fixed tomorrow, but it never happened.

Trashy and bland. The bathroom doors were warping and deteriorating due to water damage. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over. The fridge doesn't work and some of the light functions didn't work either. The out door deck was bland and tasteless. The breakfast was mediocre.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. The room was dirty and with a horrendous smell. When we asked for a room change, the receptionist said that they are fully booked and that it’s not his problem. We did the reservation through booking and we couldn’t cancel it. They have no idea of how to run a hotel or how to treat clients. The air conditioning was not working, the shower floor had mold on it, the carpet had stains on it and so on… Very very bad experience. I don’t even understand how this hotel figures as 4 stars hotel on Booking ….

It's okay for the price. The staff is friendly but the rooms has clearly seen better days. If you have a larger car than a VW up you will have a heart attack driving in the underground parking lot
