The hotel manager was very helpful and treated me very well. The welcome was warm, and the reception staff were friendly and professional. However, I booked my stay through Accor. I arrived after 11:00 p.m. for a self check-in, but Accor did not inform me in advance about the late check-in procedure. Because of this, I recommend booking directly with the hotel rather than through Accor, as the hotel’s website provides clearer information about the check-in process.
The rooms are generally nice, but the pillows were an absolute disaster so I ended up sleeping quite poorly. What I found especially unprofessional was that a staff member entered my room in the morning without properly announcing themselves. There was only a single knock, and the door was opened immediately without waiting for a response or identifying themselves as housekeeping.
Great staff: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was warmer than expected and had no air conditioning, but the street is very quiet, so sleeping with the window open was no problem. The breakfast was generous and satisfying. A pleasant stay.
Good place to stay in case you need to spent some nights close to the airport. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good and with lots of options to choose. The staff is very nice and polite. You can also find a few options if you want to hang out for dinner without taking the car.
Very nice stay, even though it was short in time; however, the whole style of the hotel is great, especially for an aviation enthusiast. The rooms are slightly on the smaller size compared with the usual hotel rooms size for me but it is evident that they are newly renovated. The exception is probably the bathroom that is small, and also you can see the difference compared to the rest of the room, which is more modern and stylish. For some reason the room was a bit too warm for my liking which made sleeping at night a bit difficult and AC was not so helpful with cooling it down in a short time on the first night. The rest of the nights were better though. Breakfast was also very good, even though the buffet is not huge, what is offered is more than enough to have a good start of the day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.
